Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia telah mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan bertambahnya beberapa destinasi wisata baru di Indonesia. Namun demikian, munculnya destinasi wisata baru tersebut belum tentu mengalahkan eksistensi tempat wisata yang sudah lama ada. Kusuma Agrowisata adalah wisata petik buah yang sudah lama dibuka serta merupakan satu-satunya wisata yang menawarkan petik buah langsung di kebun. Pemandu wisata memiliki peran yang penting dalam dunia pariwisata. Salah satu tujuan Kusuma Agrowisata memiliki guide adalah untuk menemani wisatawan berkeliling kebun. Seorang pemandu wisata harus memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dengan wisatawan. Pada sistem manajemen, tentunya setiap guide mendapat tugas yang berbeda. Keberadaan guide di Kusuma Agrowisata sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengarahkan pengunjung ke lokasi petik yang benar karena area kebun yang sangat luas. Tujuan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui semua tugas pemandu wisata dan manajemen pemandu wisata di Kusuma Agrowisata.

The development of tourism in Indonesia has increased. This is evidenced by the addition of several new tourist destinations in Indonesia. However, the emergence of new tourist destinations is not necessarily beating the existence of a long-standing tourist attractions. Kusuma Agrowisata is a fruit picking tour that has long been opened and is the only tour that offers fruit picks directly in the garden. Tour guides have an important role in the world of tourism. One of the goals Kusuma Agrowisata has a guide is to accompany tourists around the garden. A tour guide must have good communication skills with tourists. In the management system, of course, each guide gets a different task. The existence of a guide in Kusuma Agrowisata is needed to direct visitors to the correct quotation location because of the vast garden area. The purpose of this report is to know all the tasks of tour guide and tour guide management in Kusuma Agrowisata.
