METODE PELAKSANAAN, QUALITY CONTROL, DAN RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA DINDING PRACETAK PADA PROYEK APARTEMEN PURI ORCHARD

Pembangunan Apartemen Puri Orcard menggunakan sistem dinding pracetak dalam pembuatan dindingnya. Dinding pracetak melalui 3 (tiga) tahapan utama yaitu desain, proses produksi, dan pemasangan dimana proses produksi dan pemasangannya berada pada 2 lokasi yang berbeda. Pengawasan dan pengecekan kualitas (quality control) pemasangan dinding pracetak perlu diperhatikan dengan baik dan teliti. Penulisan laporan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan metode produksi, pemasangan dinding pracetak dan apa saja yang perlu diperhatikan dan dicek setelah pemasangan diding pracetak. Selain itu perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya pembuatan dan pemasangan dinding pracetak juga akan dijelaskan didalam laporan ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat laporan ini adalah metode wawancara langsung (interview), metode pengamatan (observasi), metode deskriptif, dan motode analisis. Berdasarkan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan, pemasangan dinding pracetak pada proyek ini memerlukan ketelitian yang lebih baik hal ini terbukti dengan 53% pemasangan perlu dibobok, 49% perlu ditambal, 9,6% dinding pracetak membutuhkan penutupan pori ataupun penambalan akibat grepes, dan ada 8,2% titik angkat belum dipotong. Analisis rencana anggaran biaya yang dikelurkan dalam pembuatan 1 m2 (meter persegi) dinding pracetak dengan ketebalan 10 cm adalah Rp 596.388,87.

The Puri Orchard Apartemen Building construction using the precast wall as the outer skin of the building. The precast must through the 3 main stage as design,production process,and the installation where the production process and the installation happen at to different locations.supervisions and quality control of the wall installation must be noticed well and carefully. The purpose of this report is to explain production method, the installation of the precast wall and what to be noticed and checked after the installation of the precast wall. Other than that the calculation on the manufacture and installation outcast wall budget plan will be explained in this report. The method that used in this report is straight interview method, observation method, desccriptivve method, and analysis method. Based on the analysis there are some conclusions, the outcast wall installation in this project needs to be more careful, this conclusion can be proven from the fact that 53% of the installation need to be cutted, 49% of it need to be patched, 9,6% of the precast wall need their pores closed or patched because the concrete is broken and there are 8,2% lift point that haven’t been cutted yet.The analysis of the budget plan costed in 1m2 precast wall manufacture with thickness 10 cm is Rp 596.388,87.
