ANALISIS KELENGKAPAN PENGISIAN RESUME RAWAT INAP BERDASARKAN BEBAN KERJA PELAYANAN PASIEN OLEH DOKTER ORTHOPEDI DI RSUD WONOSARI

Latar Belakang: Pendokumentasian yang baik mengacu pada tingkat kelengkapan suatu dokumen rekam medis. Resume merupakan salah satu lembar penting dalam berkas rekam medis yang berisi ringkasan data, penyakit dan tindakan yang diberikan kepada pasien selama menjalani rawat inap di rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu pengisian resume harus lengkap. Dalam hal ini yang bertanggung jawab atas kelengkapan resume adalah dokter DPJP. Dokter memiliki beban kerja pelayanan pasien yang harus dilaksanakan di rumah sakit. RSUD Wonosari memiliki 1 orang dokter orthopedi yang melakukan semua pelayanan kepada pasien kasus orthopedi. Tujuan: Menganalisis kelengkapan pengisian resume pasien rawat inap kasus orthopedi berdasarkan beban kerja pelayanan pasien oleh dokter orthopedi di RSUD Wonosari. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan rancangan penelitian crossectional. Objek penelitian adalah 31 lembar resume pasien rawat inap kasus pada bulan April 2017. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang dokter orthopedi. Hasil: Persentase kelengkapan yang diperoleh adalah 69,56%. Beban kerja pelayanan pasien oleh dokter orthopedi salama 1 bulan adalah sebesar 4336 menit dengan 396 tindakan. Pelayanan meliputi rawat jalan , konsultasi IGD, visite pasien rawat inap, dan operasi. Kesimpulan: Persentase pengisian 31 lembar resume pasien rawat inap kasus orthopedi pada April 2017 adalah 69,56% terisi lengkap, 14,41% terisi tidak lengkap, dan 16,03% tidak terisi. Beban kerja pelayanan pasien oleh dokter orthopedi salama 1 bulan adalah sebesar 4336 menit dengan 396 tindakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terjadi kenaikan kelengkapan resume saat beban kerja pelayanan pasien turun dan sebaliknya. Background: A good documentation refers to the level of completeness of a medical record document. The resume is one of the important sheets in the medical record file containing a summary of data, illness and actions given to the patient during hospitalization. Therefore the filling of the resume must be complete. In this case who is responsible for the completeness of the resume is a doctor DPJP. Doctors have a patient service workload to be performed at the hospital. RSUD Wonosari has 1 orthopedic doctor who performs all services to orthopedic case patients. Objective: To analyze the completeness of resume filling of orthopedic case patient based on the workload of patient service by orthopedic doctor at Wonosari General Hospital. Research Methods: The type of research used is descriptive research with quantitative approach and using crossectional research design. The object of the study was 31 sheets of in-patient case patient resumes in April 2017. The study subjects were an orthopedic physician. Result: The percentage of completeness obtained is 69,56%. The workload of patient care by an orthopedic doctor for 1 month was 4336 minutes with 396 measures. Services include ambulatory care, IGD consultation, inpatient visite viscosity, and surgery. Conclusions: The percentage of filling of 31 sheets of orthopedic case patient residence in April 2017 was 69.56% complete, 14.41% incomplete, and 16.03% unfilled. The workload of patient care by an orthopedic doctor for 1 month was 4336 minutes with 396 measures. The analysis results show an increase in the completeness of the resume when the workload of patient care down and vice versa.
