PROSEDUR PELAYANAN DALAM MELAKUKAN HANDLE TOUR WISATAWAN TRANSIT OLEH DEWATHA SAKTI TOUR AND TRAVEL

INTISARI Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pelayanan wisatawan transit yang diterapkan oleh Dewatha Sakti tourstermasuk tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan tour wisatawan transit dan juga hal-hal apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan oleh Dewatha Sakti tours dalam melakukan handle touruntuk wisatawan transit. Topik utama dalam tugas akhir ini adalah mengenai prosedur pelayanan wisatawan transit di Dewatha Sakti tours. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menjabarkan mengenai prosedur pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh Dewatha Sakti tours dalam melakukan handle tour untuk wisatawan transit. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara/interview dengan pihak pihak yang terkait dan dengan cara melakukan observasi langsung selama tiga bulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dewatha Sakti tours memiliki prosedur pelayanan dalam melakukan handle tour untuk wisatawan transit. Setiap prosedur pelayanan diterapkan oleh staf maupun tourguide yang bertugas.Selain itu prosedur pelayanan tersebut dijalankan dan diterapkan dengan baik untuk mewujudkan kegiatan pelayanan terbaik sehingga bisa memberikan kepuasan kepada wisatawan.

ABSTRACT This research has an aim to know the service procedure about the transit tourist by Dewatha Sakti tours including the implementation tour activities and all the things that Dewatha Sakti tours should do before handle the transit tourist. The main topic in this this report is about the service procedure the transit tourist in Dewatha Sakti tours. This research is about the qualitative research which explain about the services procedur which held by Dewatha Sakti tours for handle the transit tourist. To get the main topic of the research, writer did interview with many people which related and did the observation for three months. The conclution about this research show that Dewatha Sakti tours has a service procedure when they want to handle the transit tourist. Every procedur should applied by staff or tour guide on duty. And also the services procedur should excecuted and applied to realize the best services for the tourist.
