Proses administrasi kejuaraan Tae Kwon Do Kabupaten Karanganyar saat ini masih menggunakan proses manual melalui pengisian formulir cetak dan bertatap muka secara langsung. Ada beberapa proses yang harus dilakukan untuk mendaftarkan tim dan atlet. Jika salah satu proses tidak dilalui oleh pelatih, maka tim yang didaftarkan akan dianggap batal mengikuti pertandingan. Dengan manualnya proses administrasi, pelatih yang domisilinya jauh dari sekretariat akan sangat direpotkan. Selain masalah jarak, akan terjadi penumpukan berkas tim dan atlet yang telah didaftarkan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dibuat sistem informasi administrasi berbasis web kejuaraan Tae Kwon Do Kabupaten Karanganyar untuk menangani penumpukan berkas, jauhnya jarak pelatih, dan mempermudah proses administrasi kejuaraan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dibantu dengan framework Laravel, Javascript dengan framework Jquery, webserver Apache, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis datanya. Setelah dibangunnya sistem ini, proses administrasi pada kejuaraan Tae Kwon Do Kabupaten Karanganyar menjadi lebih mudah dan sangat meminimalisir penumpukan berkas. Semua data yang masuk dapat terorganisir dengan baik. Selain itu pelatih yang ingin mendaftarkan tim dan atletnya tidak perlu datang langsung ke sekretariat serta waktu yang digunakan pelatih untuk melakukan proses administrasi menjadi lebih efisien.

The administration process of Tae Kwon Do Championship in Karanganyar is still using manual process through filling the form and face to face administration. There are several processes that needed to be done to register the teams and athletes. If one of the processes is not passed by the coach, then the team has registered will be considered as void of the match. By the manual administration process, coaches whose live far from the secretariat will be very troublesome. In addition to this distance issues, there will be a pile up files of the registered teams and athletes. Based on these problems, web-based administration information system of Tae Kwon Do Championship in Karanganyar was built to handle the accumulation of files, distance issues, and facilitate the process of championship administration. The system is built using PHP programming language, assisted with Laravel framework, Javascript with Jquery framework, Apache webserver, and MySQL for database management. After this information system was built, the administration process of Tae Kwon Do Championship in Karanganyar will became easier and highly minimized the files accumulation. All of incoming datas can be well organized. In addition, the coaches who want to register their teams and athletes do not need to come directly to the secretariat, so their times will be spent more efficiently.
