Tugas Food and Beverage Secretary Dalam Event Nyepi Day dan Earth Hour di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta

2017 | Tugas Akhir | D3 KEPARIWISATAAN SVINTISARI Event merupakan salah satu strategi promosi di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta guna meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan tamu. Untuk membuat event yang menarik dibutuhkan konsep yang terkoordinasi dengan baik. Hal ini berkaitan dengan tugas Food and Beverage Secretary dalam berkontribusi untuk membuat event berjalan dengan baik Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tugas Food and Beverage Secretary di dalam Food and Beverage Department maupun di dalam event. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu observasi dan wawancara mengenai tugas Food and Beverage Secretary di Food and Beverage Department dan khususnya pada event Nyepi Day dan Earth Hour di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat tugas Food and Beverage Secretary di dalam Food and Beverage Department yang memiliki empat tugas jenis tugas yaitu tugas rutin, tugas khusus, tugas kreatif, dan tugas kerjasama. Keempat tugas tersebut memiliki penerapannya sendiri di dalam rangkaian event Nyepi Day dan Earth Hour di Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. ABSTRACT Event is one of promotion strategy which at Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta to increase visitor number. To create an interesting event well coordinated concept is needed to propose a fascinating event. This is related to the duty of Food and Beverage Secretary who contributes to conduct a well-organized event. This research was conducted to find out how the duties of Food and Beverage Secretary in Food and Beverage Department and in event. The method used in this research were observation and interview about the duties of Food and Beverage Secretary in Food and Beverage Department, especialy in event Nyepi Day and Earth Hour held by Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Based on the research results, there are four duties of Food and Beverage Secretary in the Food and Beverage Department. There are routine, special, creative, and cooperative duties. Those four duties also have their own application in Nyepi Day and Earth Hour event held by Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta.
