ANALISIS PEMILIHAN LOKASI GALANGAN KAPAL DI INDONESIA BAGIAN TIMUR

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan. Pertama, untuk mendapatkan keterkaitan antar faktor dari beberapa kriteria pada pemilihan lokasi galangan kapal. Kriteria yang dipertimbangkan adalah: tenaga kerja, lingkungan, ekonomi regional, raw material, kondisi fisik, pemerintahan dan alternatif lokasi. Dengan metode DEMATEL, didapatkan faktor iklim memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap faktor yang lain. Sedangkan faktor kapasitas/besaran galangan kapal merupakan faktor yang paling dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain. Kedua, untuk mendapatkan faktor prioritas dalam pemilihan lokasi galangan kapal. Dengan metode DANP, didapatkan faktor dengan nilai bobot tertinggi yaitu faktor biaya raw material. Tujuan yang terakhir yaitu mendapatkan alternatif lokasi strategis untuk dapat dikembangkan sebagai lokasi galangan kapal. Dengan metode ANP, didapatkan nilai bobot tertinggi yaitu Bitung sebagai alternatif lokasi galangan kapal di Indonesia Bagian Timur.

This research has three purposes; first is connecting between factors from different category toward a designated shipyard. The categories that be considered are: manpower, environment, economical region, raw material, physical condition, government and alternative location. Through DEMATEL method; there is also climate which is stated as the dominant impact factor among others. In contrast, the capacity of the dockyard itself is the least significant factor. Secondly, it is aimed for achieving a main factor to determine dockyard location. According to DANP method, raw material cost is a factor which subjected as the highest value. The third purpose, is getting a strategic location as the alternative prior to the dockyard's development. Through the ANP method, Bitung has achieving the highest value for determining shipyard location among Eastern Indonesia.
