Peran Relawan Politik Pasca Pemilihan Presiden 2014 Studi Jokowi Ahok Social Media Volunteer (JASMEV)

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peran Relawan politik JASMEV pasca Pemilihan Presiden 2014 melalui postingannya di media sosial melalui akun Twitter dan Facebook relawan yang diteliti dimana memenuhi kriteria yang telah di tetapkan peneliti. Penelitian ini berpijak pada dua hal dasar dari kerangka konsep Standby Citizen Erick Emmna, yaitu: (1) defenisi Aktif dan (2) Pasif warga itu sendiri. Dimana berusaha menjeleskan redefenisi relawan pasca pilpres. Bagaimana metamorfosis relawan yang bisa berada dalam posisi seakan pasif walaupun aktif. Juga menganalisa apakah relawan merupakan tranformasi dari konsultan politik. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode studi kasus eksplanatoris dengan memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Penggunaan metode ini dikarenakan dapat menjawab pertanyaan mendalam yang hendak diketahui tentang apa saja peran relawan JASMEV dalam mengawal dan mengkritisi jalannya program pemerintahan Jokowi Jusuf Kalla. Dalam konteks ini, penulis ingin lebih mengedepankan penjelasan ketimbang sekedar konfirmasi terhadap suatu permasalahan. Sedangkan penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif sangat cocok untuk menganalisis dan memahami fenomena tentang suatu kejadian dan tindakan anggota JASMEV secara kolektif. Penulis menemukan bahwa defenisi di Indonesia Pasca pilpres tidak lah sama dengan relawan yang sukarela dimana konsep sukarela saja tidak mampu menjelaskan dan mengkerangkai proses terbentuknya relawan politik yang begitu kompleks perlu adanya redefenisi ulang akan makna, motif dan metamorfosis relawan itu sejatinya. Relawan politik memiliki banyak kesamaan dengan konsultan politik akan tetapi relawan terbentuk atas dasar kesamaan ideologis beda dengan konsultan yang tujuannya adalah mencapai pemenangan. Strategi maupun proses tujuan jangka panjang dan pendek konsultan maupun relawan banyak kesamaan yang di jumpai.

This paper aims to analyze the role of political Volunteers JASMEV post 2014 Presidential Election through posting in social media through Twitter account and Facebook volunteers who researched which meet the criteria set by researchers. This research is based on two basic aspects of the concept of Standby Citizen Erick Emmna, namely: (1) Active definition and (2) Passive citizens themselves. Where try to finish redefined after the presidential election volunteers. How the volunteer metamorphosis can be in a passive though active position. Also analyze whether volunteers are a transformation from a political consultant. This thesis research uses explanatory case study method using qualitative approach. The use of this method is because it can answer the deep question that will be known about what the role of JASMEV volunteers in guarding and criticizing the course of government program Jokowi Jusuf Kalla. In this context, the author wants to put forward explanation rather than just a confirmation of a problem. While the use of qualitative approach is very suitable to analyze and understand the phenomenon about an event and action members JASMEV collectively. The author finds that the definition in Indonesia Post-election president is not the same as volunteer volunteers where the concept of voluntary alone is not able to explain the process of formation of political volunteers are so complex need to re-definition of the meaning, motives and metamorphosis of volunteers that true. Political volunteers have much in common with political consultants but volunteers are formed on the basis of ideological similarity with consultants whose goal is to achieve winning. Strategies and processes of long-term and short-term consultants and volunteers are many similarities that are encountered.
