Penelitian ini berjudul ������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½Valuasi Ekonomi Objek Wisata Pantai Klayar di Kabupaten Pacitan dengan Teknik Residual������¢���¯���¿���½���¯���¿���½. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi Pantai Klayar berdasarkan Teknik Residual. Dalam penelitian ini nilai ekonomi dengan teknik residual diperoleh dari pengurangan antara nilai ekonomi hasil dari travel cost method dan income approach. Travel cost method di analisis dengan regresi linier berganda sedangkan penilaian dengan income approach menggunakan analisis discounted cash flow. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Nilai ekonomi Pantai Klayar berdasarkan travel cost method adalah Rp10.184.056.500.000,00 dengan surplus konsumen per individu per tahun adalah Rp5.014.076,09. Nilai ekonomi Pantai Klayar berdasarkan income approach adalah Rp18.773.070.000,00. Nilai ekonomi Pantai Klayar berdasarkan teknik residual adalah Rp10.165.283.430.000,00.

This study entitled "Economic Valuation of Klayar Beach in Pacitan Using Residual Technique". The purpose of this study was to estimate the economic value of Klayar Beach assessed with Residual Technique. In this study, economic value using residual technique derived from subtraction between the economic value results of travel cost method and income approach. Travel cost method were applied by using multiple linear regression while assesment using the income approach applying discounted cash flow analysis model. Sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The economic value of Klayar Beach based on the travel cost method is Rp10.184.056.500.000,00 with consumer surplus Rp5.014.076,09 per individual per year. The economic value of Klayar Beach based on the income approach is Rp18.773.070.000,00. The economic value of Klayar Beach based on residual technique is Rp10.165.283.430.000,00.
