Kepentingan Indonesia Melalui Kementerian Perhubungan dalam Kerjasama Liberalization on Air Service APEC

Penulisan riset ini akan membahas tentang kepentingan yang dimiliki oleh focal actor Indonesia dalam melihat liberalization on air service Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) dan dampak dari kepentingan focal actor terhadap posisi Indonesia menghadapi liberalization on air service APEC. Tujuan dari APEC untuk melakukan liberalisasi pada segala bidang membuat liberalization on air service menjadi salah satu jalan. Kebebasan pasar untuk moda transportasi menimbulkan peluang-peluang untuk melakukan efisiensi dengan menghilangkan setiap hambatan yang ada. Dalam melakukan persiapan menghadapi liberalization on air service, focal actor menentukan kepentingan yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia dan posisi yang diambil oleh Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan konsep bureaucratic politics dan two level games untuk melihat bagaimana kepentingan yang dimiliki serta pengaruhnya terhadap posisi liberalization on air service di APEC.

This research talks about the importance of Indonesia's focal actor in seeing the liberalization on air service of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and its impact on Indonesia's position in facing the liberalization on air service of APEC. The purpose of APEC in making liberalization on every field makes the the liberalization on air service as one of its method. The freedom on transportation market produces chances to create efficiency by erasing every obstacles. In its preparation to face the liberalization on air service, focal actor determine the interest owned by Indonesia and positions taken by Indonesia. The writer of the research uses bureaucratic politics and two level games concept to see the importance of the focal actors and its influences to the position of liberalization on air service of APEC.
