ANALISIS PROSEDUR PENJUALAN PADA PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL, TBK - HONDA YOGYAKARTA

Penjualan merupakan salah satu aset paling berharga dan menjadi jumlah yang besar terhadap pencatatan aktiva lancar dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, prosedur penjualan harus dilakukan sebaik mungkin karena sebagai ujung tombak keberhasilan dalam usaha pada PT Astra International, Tbk-Honda Yogyakarta. Tugas Akhir ini membahas mengenai analisis prosedur penjualan pada PT Astra International, Tbk-Honda Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode penulisan kualitatif deskriptif yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi kasus. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur penjualan yang telah diterapkan apakah sudah sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), serta kendala yang dihadapi pada prosedur penjualan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan prosedur penjualan pada PT Astra International, Tbk-Honda Yogyakarta sudah ada yang sesuai dengan SOP dan ada yang tidak sesuai. Meskipun demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa prosedur penjualan sepeda motor bisa dinilai baik.

Sales is one of the most valuable assets and into a large amount of the recording of current assets in the company. Therefore, the sale procedure should be as good as possible because as the spearhead of success in operations at PT Astra International, Tbk - Honda Yogyakarta. This final project discusses the analysis procedure of sales at PT Astra International, Tbk - Honda Yogyakarta using qualitative descriptive writing method derived from observation, interviews, and case studies. The purpose of this paper is to determine the sales procedure that has been applied is already in line with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), as well as obstacles encountered in the sales procedure. The results of this study indicate the sales procedure at PT Astra International, Tbk - Honda Yogyakarta existing accordance with the SOP and there are not appropriate. Nevertheless, it is known that motorcycle sales procedure can be considered good.
