Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia unit Semarang adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi minuman ringan. Salah satu produk minuman dari Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia unit Semarang yaitu Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml. Frestea Jasmine yang diproduksi di lini 8 merupakan produk yang termasuk bahan agroindustri yaitu teh. Frestea Jasmine sering mengalami kecacatan pada saat proses produksi. Adanya kecacatan pada Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml dapat diketahui saat proses full inspection dengan menggunakan mesin checkmat. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu mengetahui persentase kemasan cacat Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml dan mengetahui faktor penyebab terjadinya kemasan cacat pada Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml. Data kecacatan kemasan diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan selama masa kerja praktek. Pengamatan dilakukan sebanyak 13 kali sesuai dengan jadwal produksi Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml mulai dari periode 11 Juli 2016 sampai 11 Agustus 2016. Data kecacatan kemasan Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml yang diperoleh selama masa kerja praktek diolah dengan menggunakan seven tools. Seven tools yang digunakan ada lima yaitu checksheet, stratifikasi, diagram Pareto, peta kendali, dan diagram Ishikawa. Dengan menggunakan kelima alat tersebut dapat diketahui presentase kecacatan terbesar dan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecacatan pada Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml. Berdasarkan analisa dengan seven tools didapat hasil berupa cacat filling height sebanyak 73,15%, no crown sebanyak 13,81%, breakage full sebanyak 9,93%, dan dirty bottle full sebanyak 3,11%. Kecacatan terbesar pada Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml yaitu filling height. Faktor utama penyebab terjadinya filling height yaitu terdapat spare part yang rusak dalam filler dan keterbatasan pekerja dalam menjangkau area kerja.

Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml produced in the line of 8 are products that including material agroindustry namely tea. Frestea jasmine often find disability during the process production. The defective in Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml can be seen at processing full inspection with the using machine checkmat. The purpose of the report duty is perceive the percentage package defect frestea jasmine rgb 220 ml and knows factors the cause of package defects in frestea jasmine rgb 220 ml. Data defective packing obtained by observation during the internships. The observation made by 13 times accordance with production schedule Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml starting from 11 july 2016 until 11 august 2016. Data defective packing Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml obtained during the internships processed by using seven tools. Seven tools used there are five namely checksheet, stratification, diagram Pareto, control chart, and Ishikawa diagram. By using the fifth on the instrument can be known percentage defective largest and the defective factors causing on frestea jasmine rgb 220 ml. Based on an analysis by seven tools available result of defect filling height of the 73,15%, no crown of the 13,81%, breakage full bottle of the 9,93%, and dirty bottle of the 3,11%. The big of defect package of Frestea Jasmine RGB 220 ml is filling height. The main factors that caused filling height are spare parts damaged in filler and limited worker in reaching workspace.
