ANALISIS HUBUNGAN MODA TRANSPORTASI OJEK ONLINE, OJEK PANGKALAN, DAN ANGKUTAN UMUM MENGGUNAKAN METODE STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM)

Keberadaan angkutan umum yang dinilai masih belum optimal membuat masyarakat mulai melirik jasa transportasi ojek untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perjalanannya. Salah satunya adalah ojek online yang kian marak digunakan. Dengan berbagai pelayanan yang ditawarkan membuat minat masyarakat terhadap ojek online kian bertambah. Disisi lain adanya ojek online menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial dari ojek konvensional atau ojek pangkalan. Selain itu bila mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan maka ojek merupakan angkutan illegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan atau korelasi antara moda transportasi ojek baik online maupun konvensional dan angkutan umum. Langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah melakukan survei terhadap 438 responden yang kemudian dari data tersebut dilakukan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM. Pada analisis SEM metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS. Dengan melakukan pemodelan pada AMOS, maka dapat diketahui seberapa besar pengaruh ketiga moda transportasi tersebut terhadap satu sama lain beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan atau korelasi antara ketiga moda transportasi baik ojek online, ojek pangkalan, dan angkutan umum. Ojek online bertindak sebagai substitusi (pengganti) terhadap ojek pangkalan dengan koefisien -0,935. Sementara ojek online dan ojek pangkalan berperan sebagai komplementer (pelengkap) terhadap moda transportasi angkutan umum dengan koefisien 0,35 dan 0,254. Terkait dengan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan ketiga moda transportasi tersebut adalah sosio demografi, penggunaan teknologi, dan karakteristik perjalanan.

The existence of public transport is still not considered optimal make people begin to look for motorcycle taxi transportation services to meet the needs of its journey. One of them is the increasingly online motorcycle taxi use. With a wide range of services offered make public interest increase to use motorcycle taxi online. On the other hand the online motorcycle taxi cause social jealousy of a conventional motorcycle taxi or motorcycle base. Additionally when referring to the regulation, the motorcycle taxi is the illegal transport. This study was conducted to determine the form of the relationship or correlation between both online and conventional motorcycle taxi and public transportation. The first step taken is to conduct a survey of 438 respondents then from the survey the data was analysized both descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. In SEM analysis, the method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. By doing modeling at the AMOS, it can be seen how much influence these three transport modes against each other along with the factors that affect it. The results showed that there is a relationship or correlation between the three modes of transport both online motorcycle taxi, conventional motorcycle taxi and public transportation. Online motorcycle taxi act as a substitute (replacement) of the conventional motorcycle taxi with a coefficient of -0.935. While online and conventional motorcycle taxi act as a complementary bases (complementary) to the modes of public transportation with a coefficient of 0.35 and 0.254. Associated with factors that affect the use of the three modes of transportation are socio demographics, use of technology, and the characteristics of the trip.
