Laporan tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Pelaksanaan proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif dimulai dari tahap pemindahan arsip hingga penataan arsip ke dalam rak. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjelaskan sekaligus menganalisa proses pengolahan arsip dinamis di UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi partisipasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Metode observasi partisipasi merupakan pengamatan dan ikut berpartisipasi secara langsung untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan yang sebenarnya di UPT Kearsipan Unsoed. Metode kedua yaitu studi pustaka yang berguna untuk mengumpulkan sumber dari buku maupun literature terkait dengan pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Metode terakhir yaitu wawancara atau tanya jawab dengan pegawai di UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Kesimpulan dari laporan tugas akhir ini, bahwa di UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman secara umum telah melakukan pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif dengan baik sesuai pedoman. Tetpai masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu dibenahi. Hal tersebut terkait dengan kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia untuk menangani arsip

This final report is discussing about the arrangement of inactive records in UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Implementation of arrangement inactive records is started from the transfer of the records until setting up the record on a shelf. The goal is to explain all at once to analyze the arrangement of inactive records in UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The method of collecting data which was used is observation participation, written sources from books and interview. Observation participation method is an observation and directly participated to learn about how exactly UPT Kearsipan situation. Second method is written sources used to collect sources from books as well as literature related to the process of inactive records. The last method is interview with UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman employees. The conclusion of this final report is that, UPT Kearsipan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman has done the processing of inactive records preferably as it is matched with the guidance. But there are many things which is needed to be adjusted. It is related to obstacle encountered such as the lack of facilities as well as human resources to handle the records.
