Analisis Usaha Penangkapan Ikan dengan Purse Seine di Kecamatan Muncar Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen biaya usaha dan penerimaan serta menganalisis keuntungan dan R/C Ratio usaha penangkapan ikan menggunakan purse seine di Muncar. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode proportional stratified random sampling dengan mengambil sebanyak 30 responden yang terdiri dari 3 pemilik kapal mini purse seine , 9 pemilik kapal purse seine two boat, dan 18 pemilik kapal purse seine one boat. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rerata biaya total yang dikeluarkan oleh pemilik kapal purse seine one boat sebesar Rp 1.219.290.656, terbagi dalam biaya tetap Rp 79.971.097 (7%) dan biaya variabel Rp 1.139.319.559 (93%). Rerata biaya total yang yang dikeluarkan oleh pemilik kapal purse seine two boat sebesar Rp 2.097.533.059, terbagi dalam biaya tetap Rp 138.648.058 (7%) dan biaya variabel Rp 1.958.885.001 (93%). Sedangkan biaya total yang dikeluarkan pemilik kapal mini purse seine Rp 488.685.381, terbagi dalam biaya tetap Rp 31.569.882 (6%) dan biaya variabel Rp 457.115.500 (96%). Biaya terbesar masuk kedalam biaya variabel dengan persentase 93 % dari biaya total. Rerata penerimaan per tahun pemilik kapal purse seine one boat, pemilik kapal purse seine two boat, dan pemilik kapal mini purse seine masing-masing sebesar Rp 1.682.216.667, Rp 2.924.600.000, dan Rp 712.600.000. Rerata keuntungan kotor per tahun yang diperoleh pemilik kapal purse seine one boat, purse seine two boat, dan mini purse seine masing-masing sebesar Rp 542.897.108, Rp 965.715.000, dan Rp 255.484.500. Rerata keuntungan bersih per tahun yang diterima oleh pemilik kapal purse seine one boat, slerek, dan mini ialah sebesar Rp 462.926.011, Rp 827.066.941, Rp 223.914.619. Nilai R/C Ratio dari ketiga golongan pemilik kapal purse seine menunjukkan lebih besar daripada satu (>1). Usaha penangkapan ikan menggunakan purse seine di Muncar masih menguntungkan.

The research aims to identify the components of business costs and incomes then analyze the profit and R/C Ratio of fishing business using purse seine in Muncar. A technique of determining the number of samples were using propotional stratified random sampling method by taking as many as 30 respondents consisting of three mini purse seine ship-owners, nine ship-owners of purse seine two boat, and 18 (eighteen) ship-owners of purse seine one boat. The research using questionnaire as an instruments. Results showed that the average total costs incurred by one boat purse seiners 1.219.290.656 IDR, divided into fixed costs 79.971.097 IDR (7%) and variable costs 1.139.319.559 IDR (93%). Average total cost incurred by the two boat purse seiners 2.097.533.059 IDR, divided into fixed costs 138.648.058 IDR and variable costs 1.958.885.001 IDR (93%). While the total cost of a mini purse seine rs is amounting to 488.685.381 IDR, divided into fixed costs 31.569.882 IDR (4%) and variable costs 457.115.500 (94). The fees go into a variable cost with a percentage of 93% of the total cost. The average receipts per year by one boat purse seiners, two boat purse seiners, and mini purse seiners each amounting to 1.682.216.667 IDR, 2.924.600.000 IDR, and 712.600.000 IDR. The average gross profit per year were 542.897.108 IDR derived by one boat purse seiners, IDR 965.715.000 by two boat purse seiners and IDR 255.484.500 by mini purse seiners. Then the average net profit per year received by one boat purse seiners, two boat purse seiners, and mini purse seiners each amounting to 462.926.011 IDR, 827.066.941 IDR, 223.914.619 IDR. The number of R/C Ratio showed that greater than one. Therefore, purse seine business in Muncar still profitable.
