Penulis memilih Tema Proses didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa pada Pendaftaran Tanah Secara Elektronik Atau Online karena akhir-akhir ini banyak media masa maupun masyarakat yang mengeluhkan lamanya proses Pendaftaran Tanah di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, sampai-sampai peran Pemerintah dalam Pendaftaran Tanah dirasa kurang efektif. Tujuan dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini yaitu sebagai upaya untuk mempraktikan ilmu atau teori-teori yang didapatkan dibangku kuliah pada dunia kerja. Berdasarkan hasil hasil pengalaman mengikuti Praktik Kerja Lapangan yaitu bahwa proses pendaftaran tanah secara elektronik atau online meliputi : a. Informasi Berkas. b. Informasi Sertifikat. c. Informasi Syarat dan Biayan.
