PEMILIHAN PEMASOK AYAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS (ANP) PADA RUMAH PEMOTONGAN AYAM PT DAGSAP ENDURA EATORE

Pemilihan pemasok bahan baku merupakan salah satu aktivitas dalam rangkaian rantai pasok RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. Aktivitas ini dikategorikan dalam aktivitas strategis, karena peran pemasok akan turut dalam menentukan keberhasilan pabrik. Apabila bahan baku yang disediakan oleh pemasok berkualitas buruk, maka hal ini juga akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Dan apabila pemasok tidak bisa menyediakan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan pabrik, maka dapat dipastikan jadwal produksi akan terganggu. Berpijak dari latar belakang tersebut tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan pemasok yang dapat memberikan performansi terbaik, berdasarkan kluster dan kriteria yang telah ditentukan pabrik. PT Dagsap Endura Eatore merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi pengolahan daging. Perusahaan ini memiliki Rumah Pemotongan Ayam (RPA) sendiri yang berada dikawasan pabrik. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore mendapatkan pasokan bahan baku dari para pemasok. Sehingga kualitas produk dan ketepatan waktu menjadi kriteria penting yang harus selalu dijaga. Saat ini RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore memiliki beberapa pemasok untuk bahan baku utamanya yaitu ayam. Ketiga pemasok tersebut adalah CV Maharani, CV Sawang seto dan CV Sekar langit. Penelitian ini melibatkan lebih dari satu kriteria dalam menentukan pemasok, agar dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat maka diperlukan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Metode ANP dipilih karena metode ini memungkinkan adanya keterkaitan antarkriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 6 kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam menetukan pemasok RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. Keenam kriteria tersebut adalah tingkat harga, cara pembayaran, kesesuaian kualitas, kemudahan pemasok merespon, jumlah pengiriman dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil dari tahapan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) didapatkan urutan pemasok sebagai berikut : bobot 0,123610 diperoleh untuk pemasok CV Maharani, bobot 0,056127 untuk CV Sekar langit dan bobot 0,046702 untuk CV Sawang seto.

Selection of suppliers of raw materials is one of supply chain activity at RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. These activities are categorized in strategic activities, because the role of suppliers will take part in determining the succes of the plant. If the raw materials provided by suppliers in poor quality, it will affects the quality of the product. And if the suppliers can not supply the raw material to fulfill the needs of the plant, it is certain that the production schedule would be disrupted. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to determine the suppliers who provide the best performance, based on the cluster and criteria determined by the factory. PT Dagsap Endura Eatore is a company engaged in the production of meat processing. The company has cutting house of chicken (RPA) itself that located inside the area of the factory. To carry out its operational process, RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore obtains suppliers of raw materials from suppliers. So that product quality and timeliness become important criteria that must be maintained. Currently, RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore has several suppliers for its main raw materials, namely chicken. Thoses suppliers are CV Maharani, CV Sawang Seto and CV Sekar Langit. This study involved more than one criterion in determining he suppliers. In order to make the right decisions Analytic Network Process (ANP) is needed. ANP method is chosen because this method allows the relationship inter-criteria used in decision making. The results shows that there are six criteria that must be considered in determining the suppliers for RPA PT Dagsap Endura Eatore. Those criteria are the level of prices, payment methods, conformance quality, ease of supplies to respond, the number of deliveries, and punctuality. Results gotten from Analytic Network Process (ANP) is suppliers order as follows : 0,123610 weights obtained for suppliers CV Maharani, CV Sekar Langit weighted 0,056127, and CV Sawang Seto weighted 0,046702.
