METODE PELAKSANAAN PEMBUATAN PIERHEAD CAST IN SAITU PADA PROYEK JALAN LAYANG KAPTEN TENDEAN-BLOK M-CILEDUG PAKET SESKOAL

Jakarta mempunyai berbagai peran dan fungsi yang spesifik, diantaranya sebagai pusat pemerintahan, baik dibidang ekonomi, politik, budaya, maupun kegiatan lain. Salah satu permasalahan yang di hadapi Kota Jakarta adalah masalah lalu lintas di beberapa titik. Salah satu alternatif yang diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi adalah dengan membangun Jalan Layang Kapten Tendean-Blok M-Ciledug dengan menggunakan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Beberapa tujuan yang diharapkan adalah mengetahui proses konstruksi Jalan Layang Kapten Tendean-Blok M-Ciledug, mengetahui metode pelaksanaan pembuatan pierhead cast in situ dan mengetahui pelaksanaan dan perhitungan stressing pada pierhead. Pierhead cast in situ dicetak dengan menggunakan bekisting dan formwork yang telah direncanakan terlebih dahulu, mutu beton yang digunakan untuk pengecoran yaitu beton K-500, dengan menggunakan concrete pump beton disemprotkan ke atas pierhead dengan alat penyemprot bertekanan tinggi. Dalam proses pekerjaan pengecoran, untuk mengurangi kandungan udara pada beton digunakan concrete vibrator. Setelah beton cukup umur, beton di stressing dengan menggunakan satu unit alat hydraulic pump dan satu stressing jack yang sesuai dengan tipe angkur blok, tambahan perpanjangan strand dicatat pada formulir stressing record. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pembuatan pierhead cast in situ harus berdasarkan design layout tendon yang melewati pierhead, agar pierhead sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pemasangan tendon tidak boleh menabrak tulangan, jika terjadi, tulangan harus di optimalkan dengan cara digeser atau dipotong, dan hasil dari evaluasi perhitungan stressing harus berada dalam interval yang diijinkan yaitu antara -7% sampai +7%.

From this research it is known that the manufacture of the Pierhead cast in situ must be based on the design layout of the tendons that pass through the Pierhead , so Pierhead accordance with the plan . Installation tendon should not be rammed reinforcement , if it occurs , reinforcement should be optimized by sliding or cut, and the results of the evaluation of the calculation of stressing must be within allowable interval is between -7% to +7%
