Dampak Pengganda Pendapatan Bisnis Perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti Gunungkidul Yogyakarta

Kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata pantai di Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebesar 67% dari total kunjungan wisatawan pada tahun 2014. Sumbangan yang diberikan pariwisata ke Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Gunungkidul di tahun tersebut meningkat 113,2% dari tahun sebelumnya menjadi Rp.17.415.255.577,- Kecamatan Tepus memiliki obyek wisata pantai terbanyak dibandingkan dengan kecamatan lainnya. Diantaranya terdapat Pantai Indrayanti yang sedang populer. Pertumbuhan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti menjadi meningkat. Pengukuran tentang pengganda pendapatan ini menjadi hal penting untuk diteliti sebagai upaya menilai peranan bisnis perhotelan dalam perekonomian di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi besaran pendapatan dan pengeluaran serta menghitung besaran pengganda pendapatan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti. Data yang digunakan adalah jumlah pendapatan dan pengeluaran bisnis perhotelan serta karyawannya pada tahun 2015. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif serta persamaan ad hoc sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah total pendapatan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti sebesar Rp.3.456.600.000,-. Pendapatan yang dibelanjakan lagi di Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebesar Rp.1.886.160.000,-. Sisanya digunakan untuk membeli ikan di Semarang dan ditransfer ke pemilik di luar Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebesar Rp.1.570.440.000,- atau 45% dari total pendapatan seluruh bisnis perhotelan. Pengganda pendapatan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti adalah 2,204. Hal ini berarti nilai uang yang beredar adalah 2,204 kali dari uang yang pertama kali diterima. Jika pendapatan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti sebesar Rp.3.456.600.000,-, maka pendapatan yang ditimbulkan dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Gunungkidul adalah Rp.7.618.346.400,-. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti terhadap perekonomian Gunungkidul terutama di masyarakat sekitar tinggi karena kebocorannya rendah. Peranan bisnis perhotelan di Pantai Indrayanti juga telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan PAD sub sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Gunungkidul.

Tourist arrivals to the coastal tourist attraction in Gunungkidul regency is 67% of total tourist arrivals in 2014. The contribution of tourism to the regency revenue (PAD) of Gunungkidul in that year increased by 113.2% from a year earlier to IDR 17,415,255,577. Sub-district of Tepus has coastal tourist attraction the most compared to other sub-districts. One of those beaches is Indrayanti beach that is popular. The growth of the hospitality business in Indrayanti beach also increased. Measurements of this income multiplier becomes important to investigate in an effort to assess the role of the hospitality business in the economy of Gunungkidul regency. The purpose of this study is to identify the amount of the cost and the income of the hospitality business and to count the income multiplier of that industry at Indrayanti Beach. The data used is the amount of income and expenditure of the hospitality business and its employees in 2015. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. This research used descriptive statistics and simple ad hoc equation as the method. The result shows that total income of the hospitality business at Indrayanti Beach were IDR 3,456,600,000. The income that have been spent in Gunungkidul regency were IDR 1,886,160,000. The rest were used to purchase fishes at Semarang and being transferred to the business owners outside the Gunungkidul regency as amount as IDR 1,570,440,000 or 45% of all income in this industry. Income multipliers of the hospitality business at Indrayanti Beach was 2.204. This means that the value of the money in circulation is 2.204 times that of the money that was first earned. If the income were IDR 3,456,600,000, then the value generated in Gunungkidul regency were IDR 7,618,346,400. This shows that the contribution of the hospitality business in Indrayanti beach to the economy of Gunungkidul especially the sorrounding communities is high as the leakage is low. The role of the hospitality business in Indrayanti Beach also has a significant contribution in improving the regency revenues (PAD) sub-sector tourism in Gunungkidul regency.
