ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU STRUKTUR ATAS (PEKERJAAN BALOK DAN PELAT LANTAI) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG BNI 46 BSD - TANGERANG

Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, sasaran pengelolaan proyek (project management) disamping biaya dan jadwal adalah pemenuhan persyaratan mutu. Dalam hubungan ini, suatu peralatan, material dan cara kerja diangap memenuhi persyaratan mutu apabila dipenuhi semua persyaratan yang ditentukan dalam kriteria dan spesifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutu struktur atas pada pekerjaan balok dan pelat lantai 13. Sistem manajemen yang dimaksud meliputi proses Quality Plan, pelaksanaan Quality Assurance, pelaksanaan Quality Control. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode interview, metode observasi, metode diskriptif dan metode analisis. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutu struktur atas pada pekerjaan balok dan pelat lantai 13 proyek pembangunan Gedung BNI 46 BSD telah memenuhi ketentuan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil akhir berupa hasil tes tekan beton yang sesuai dengan perencanaan yakni karakteristik 359 kg/cm2.

In the implementation of the construction project, the target project management (project management) in addition to cost and schedule is the fulfillment of quality requirements. In this connection, an equipment, materials and practices meet the quality requirements when considered fulfilled all the requirements specified in the criteria and specifications. The purpose of this research was to understand the implementation of the quality management system structure on the beams and slab work. The management system shall include the Quality Plan, the implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control implementation. The method used in this research is the method of interview, observation, methods of descriptive and analytical methods. From the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of quality management system structure on the beam and slab work development projects BNI Building 46 BSD compliance. This is indicated by the final result of the test results of concrete in accordance with the planning of the characteristics of 359 kg / cm2.
