PERSIAPAN AKREDITASI PUSKESMAS TERKAIT KRITERIA PERSETUJUAN TINDAKAN MEDIK (INFORMED CONSENT) DI PUSKESMAS JETIS 1 BANTUL

Latar Belakang : Puskesmas wajib melakukan akreditasi setiap 3 (tiga) tahun. Pengaturan Akreditasi Puskesmas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien, meningkatkan perlindungan bagi sumber daya manusia kesehatan, masyarakat dan lingkungannya. Persetujuan tindakan medik (informed consent) merupakan salah satu kriteria dalam penilaian akreditasi puskesmas. Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul melakukan revisi formulir informed consent pencabutan gigi dan upaya pendokumentasian informed consent kepada pasien cabut gigi tetap. Tujuan : Mengetahui persiapan dokumen dan persiapan pelaksanaan informed consent di Klinik Gigi Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul dalam persiapan akreditasi puskesmas terkait kriteria persetujuan tindakan medik (informed consent). Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian secara fenomenologi. Hasil : SDM di klinik gigi Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul sudah memenuhi jumlah pejabat dan sesuai dengan syarat kompetensi. Format SOP tidak sesuai dan langkah pada SOP kurang jelas dan rinci. Persiapan akreditasi berdasar unsur manajemen methods yaitu kurang sosialisasi SOP Informed Consent ke klinik gigi. Pada pelaksanaan informed consent, pemberian informasi kepada pasien atau keluarga pasien sebelum tindakan cabut gigi masih belum lengkap dan penjelasan informasi tersebut tidak dicatat dan didokumentasikan dalam rekam medis. Persiapan akreditasi Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul terkait kriteria informed consent berdasar unsur manajemen machines sudah baik. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk persiapan akreditasi termasuk kebutuhan ATK, kegiatan pendampingan, kaji banding, dan rapat sudah terpenuhi dari dana puskesmas sendiri. Kesimpulan : Persiapan akreditasi berdasar unsur manajemen material dan methods belum sesuai. Background : Primary care must conduct accreditation every three (3) years. Primary care accreditation arrangement aims to improve the quality of care and patient safety, enhance the protection of human health, society and the environment. Approval of medical action (informed consent) is one of the criteria of the accreditation assessment clinic. Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul revised informed consent tooth extractions form and effort documenting informed consent for patients remained tooth extraction. Objective : To examine the preparation of documents and the preparation of the informed consent in dental clinic Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul in preparation for accreditation criteria related health clinic medical consent (informed consent). Methods : This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach and phenomenological research design. Results : Mens in the dental clinic Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul already meet the number of officials and in accordance with the terms of competence. SOP format is not appropriate and a step in the SOP is less clear and detailed. On the implementation of informed consent, the provision of information to the patient or the patient's family before action is still incomplete tooth extraction and explanation of the information is not recorded and documented in the medical record. Preparation Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul accreditation criteria related to informed consent based machines have good management elements. The cost required for the preparation of accreditation include the need stationary, mentoring activities, review the appeal, and meetings have been met from the fund's own health center.
