ANALISIS PERCEPATAN PROYEK DENGAN METODE TIME COST TRADE OFF PADA PEKERJAAN PONDASI TIANG PANCANG PROYEK MAKASSAR NEW PORT - PAKET D

Percepatan pada pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang proyek Makassar New Port - Paket D, dilakukan karena proyek tersebut mengalami keterlambatan. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan proyek tersebut terlambat dikarenakan tidak adanya lahan yang tersedia dan beberapa faktor lain.. Percepatan dilakukan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off yaitu dengan melakukan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) 2 jam ; 3 jam ; 4 jam ; dan penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 25% pada pekerja dan tukang. Serta melakukan perhitungan efisiensi biaya maupun efisiensi waktu percepatan, dan menghitung rasio perbandingan efisiensi biaya dan waktu. Hasil perhitungan dengan melakukan penambahan jam kerja (lembur) 2 jam ; 3 jam ; 4 jam ; dan penambahan tenaga kerja yaitu didapatkan durasi 105 hari (2 jam lembur), 98 hari (3 jam lembur), 95 hari (4 jam lembur), dan 110 hari (penambahan tenaga kerja) dibandingkan durasi normal proyek 135 hari. Perhitungan efisiensi biaya dan waktu, didapatkan efisiensi sebesar 1.526 % dan 22.222 % (2 jam lembur), 1.717 % dan 27.407 % (3 jam lembur), 1.888 % dan 29.630 % (4 jam lembur), 7.886 % dan 18,519 % (penambahan tenaga kerja). Perhitungan rasio efisiensi perbandingan durasi percepatan dengan peningkatan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Percepatan dengan melakukan penambahan jam lembur kerja selama 3 jam memiliki rasio perbandingan yang paling kecil yaitu sebesar 0,063. Tahap percepatan tersebut merupakan percepatan yang paling efektif untuk dilakukan
