Difficulties which are of^en faced in establishing Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are capital limitedness, form of industry, startup methods, product marketing and management system. Those happen because of limitedness of information and knowledge about enterprises. Therefore, a business consultant service is necessary. The purpose in having this observation is to understand the role of PT. Ananda Rambah Nusantara (ARN) as a business consultant which is very important, because it can help to support the UMKM. This paper is expected to be able to explain that ARN's strategies can be applied in establishing UMKM, also, its program and business packets can be easily studied and applied to clients directly. There are three research techniques used in collecting information, they are observation, interviews and surveys. Observation is a technique or primary data approach through directly observe the data object. Author performed direct observations to company activities through visitations to gain understending on daily activities at ARN. From observations, primary data is gain with material in a form of folders and meeting documents, book keepings on clients lists and clients management. An interview is a two way communication to gain information from respondents, which is done personally through direct meeting and using questionnaire form tool. Observer visited ARN's office to do interviews with competent group to get the precise information. Information gained from this interviews form as primary data which cover the working field, product, marketing strategy and clients' cooperation. This information is extremely useful in the discussion on ARN's strategies in client's management especially in enterprise establishment. Survey is a primary data collecting technique by giving questions to individual respondents. Observer surveyed ARN's office, because it is a part of a descnptive study. While, surveys towards ARN's clients is to collect primary data which is used as 'cross check' against primary data from the company.
