Evaluasi sistem informasi manajemen di Rumah Sakit Umum Graha Asih, Kuta-Bali

RSUGA telah menerapkan SIstem Informasl Manajemen Rumahsakit. Penerapan sistem ini perlu disempurnakan agar mampu memberikan manfaat yang optimal kepada RSUGA. Oleh karena itu sistem ini perlu dievaluasi keefektif dan kehandalannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan dan kehandalan SIMRS RSUGA. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapal dengan penelitian Ini adaiah mengetahui kehandalan dan efektifitas SIMRS RSUGA, faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dan mempengaruhi efektifitas SIMRS RSUGA, dan kendala-kendala dalam implementasi SIMRS RSUGA. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan analltik. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik sederhana dan metode regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian: SIMRS RSUGA menunjukkan tingkat kehandalan dan efektivitas yang tergolong tinggi. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang harus diatasi baik yang berasal dari perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunaknya. Di samping itu, diketahui pula bahwa faktor-faktor kehandalan seperti Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use, dan Timeliness tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada tingkat efektifitas. The RSUGA has implemented the hospital management information system (HMIS) since 2001. The management of hospital needs to monitor and evaluate the performance of the system in order to take some actions for improving the system. This study is designed to evaluate the HMIS of RSUGA. Research Goals: This study has several goals. The goals are (1) to understand the competencies and the effectiveness of the system; (2) to identify the effect of competencies factors such as Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use, and Timeliness on effectiveness, and (3) to identify the problem in implementing the system. Research Method: This study is a quantitative research with analytic design. The simple statistical method and multiple regression analysis are used to analysis the data. Results: The HMIS at RSUGA shows high level of competency and effectiveness, even-though there are some obstacles in implementing the system that come from the hardware and software. The other result is that competencies factors such as Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use, and Time-liness do not have effect significantly to the effectiveness level.
