Chatbot Berbahasa Indonesia Berbasis Deep Learning Pada Purwarupa Storyteller Pariwisata Warisan Budaya

Fungsi storyteller pemandu wisata menjadi bagian penting destinasi wisata warisan budaya, yang membantu memberikan narasi edukasi konten nilai-nilai luhur budaya kepada wisatawan. Namun, menyediakan personal human storyteller untuk setiap wisatawan, akan membutuhkan biaya yang mahal dan tidak efisien. Disisi lain, perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan artifisial telah memungkinkan untuk membuat versi digital dari storyteller, sebagai alternatif pelengkap dari human storyteller. Penelitian mengajukan pengembangan purwarupa sistem yang dapat melakukan fungsi storyteller. Purwarupa dikembangkan berbasis percakapan (chatbot), yang dapat diakses melalui web dan telegram. Purwarupa chatbot dapat menjawab pertanyaan dari wisatawan terkait dengan konten destinasi wisata warisan budaya, menggunakan teknologi Deep Learning untuk mengenali pola pertanyaan yang diajukan, memprediksi konteks pertanyaannya, dan mencari padanan respon jawaban yang sesuai, pada basis pengetahuan (knowledge base). Setelah diuji menggunakan 125 responden, purwarupa chatbot storyteller memiliki kinerja terbaik dengan akurasi 81.13% sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif storyteller bagi pariwisata warisan budaya.

The storyteller function of tour guides is an essential part of cultural heritage tourism destinations, as it helps tourists learn about noble cultural values through educational narratives. However, providing a personal human storyteller for each tourist would be expensive and inefficient. On the other hand, the development of artificial intelligence technology has made it possible to create digital versions of storytellers as a complementary alternative to human storytellers. The research proposes the result of a system prototype that can perform the storyteller function. The prototype was developed on a conversational basis (chatbot), which can access via the web and telegram. Chatbot prototypes can answer questions from tourists related to the content of cultural heritage tourism destinations, using deep learning technology to recognize patterns of questions asked, predict the context of the questions, and look for equivalent responses to appropriate answers on a knowledge base. After being tested using 125 respondents, the chatbot storyteller prototype had the best performance with an accuracy of 81.13% so it can be an alternative storyteller for cultural heritage tourism
