Evauasi Penggunaan eLOK UGM Sebagai Medis Pembelajaran Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Dengan Menggunakan Metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology

eLOK merupakan media pembelajaran online berbasis website yang digunakan oleh Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam aplikasi eLOK, diantaranya karena faktor manusia dan kelemahan fitur (tool). Maka diperlukan adanya evaluasi terhadap sistem informasi eLOK UGM. Dengan adanya evaluasi, UGM akan dapat memahami bagaimana tingkat efektivitas dari sebuah sistem yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan tujuan untuk menilai dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, social influence, behavioral intention dan facilitating condition terhadap use behavior dengan behavioral intention sebagai variabel intervening. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan link google form melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner tersebut terambil sampel sebanyak 169 mahasiswa sarjana akuntansi aktif FEB UGM. Hasil pengumpulan responden tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dan analisis membuktikan bahwa ekspektasi usaha dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh pada niat perilaku. Sedangkan ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial, efikasi diri pada komputer, kecemasan pada komputer, dan sikap terhadap penggunaan teknologi tidak berpengaruh pada niat perilaku. Niat perilaku berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan penggunaan teknologi.

eLOK is a website-based online learning media used by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Problems found in the eLOK application, including human factors and feature (tool) weaknesses. So, it is necessary to evaluate the UGM eLOK information system. With the evaluation, UGM will be able to understand how the level of effectiveness of a system is used. This study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method with the aim of assessing and analyzing the direct and indirect effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, behavioral intention and facilitating conditions on use behavior with behavioral intention as an intervening variable. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires which were distributed using the Google form link via social media. Based on the distribution of the questionnaire, a sample of 169 active undergraduate accounting students was taken from FEB UGM. The results of collecting respondents were then analyzed using path analysis. Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, it proves that effort expectancy and facilitating conditions influence behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, performance expectancy, social influence, self-efficacy on computers, computer anxiety, and attitudes towards technology use had no effect on behavioral intentions. Behavioral intentions affect the acceptance of the use of technology.
