EVALUASI EFEKTIVITAS RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM BOOKING ONLINE (eRinjani) DALAM PENGENDALIAN PENDAKIAN GUNUNG DI TAMAN NASIONAL GUNUNG RINJANI

Pendakian gunung merupakan aktivitas yang banyak digemari oleh wisatawan di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani. Aktivitas pendakian gunung memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Banyaknya wisatawan pendakian gunung tersebut menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi Taman Nasional untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendakian dan pengendalian pendakian gunung di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani dalam rangka mendukung Gunung Rinjani menjadi destinasi pendakian kelas dunia berkelanjutan. Sistem booking online eRinjani dirancang oleh Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani untuk mempermudah pengelolaan pendakian gunung dalam kawasan. Penggunaan sistem informasi tersebut perlu dievaluasi sejauh mana sistem tersebut efektif dalam pengendalian pendakian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian pendakian, rancang bangun sistem booking online eRinjani, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem booking online eRinjani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui pengendalian pendakian di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani dan rancang bangun sistem booking online eRinjani. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas digunakan metode Structur Analysis Design Technique (SADT) dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Pengendalian pendakian dan rancang bangun sistem menggunakan analisis deskriptif sedangkan analisis efektivitas menggunakan analisis Data Flow Diagram untuk efektivitas sistem dan analisis System Usability Scale Score untuk efektivitas penggunaan sistem. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis kesenjangan untuk menggambarkan keefektifan sistem. Pengendalian pendakian di Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani mengacu pada SOP Pendakian, SOP Penanganan Sampah, SOP Pencarian, Pertolongan, dan Evakuasi, serta SNI 8748.2019. Sistem eRinjani dirancang untuk mempermudah pendataan pendaki, PNBP, dan pengelolaan pendakian. Sistem eRinjani belum efektif untuk mengakomodir dan menyediakan data penyedia jasa pendakian, laporan dinamika pendakian, laporan implementasi SOP Pendakian, dan penanganan sampah pendakian.

Mountain climbing is an activity that is much favored by tourists in Mount Rinjani National Park. Mountaineering activities has a positive and negative impacts. The large number of mountain climbing tourists is a challenge for the National Park to improve the quality of climbing management and mountaineering control in Mount Rinjani National Park in order to support Mount Rinjani to become a world-class sustainable climbing destination. The eRinjani online booking system was designed by the Mount Rinjani National Park to facilitate the management of mountaineering within the region. The use of the information system needs to be evaluated to what extent the system is effective in controlling climbing. This study aims to determine climbing control, design the eRinjani online booking system, and evaluate the effectiveness of the eRinjani online booking system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to determine the control of climbing in Mount Rinjani National Park and the design of the eRinjani online booking system. To evaluate the effectiveness, the Structural Analysis Design Technique (SADT) and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods were used. Climbing control and system design use descriptive analysis while effectiveness analysis uses Data Flow Diagram analysis for system effectiveness and System Usability Scale Score analysis for system effectiveness. The research results were analyzed descriptively using gap analysis to describe the effectiveness of the system. Climbing control in Mount Rinjani National Park refers to the Climbing SOP, Garbage Handling SOP, Search, Rescue and Evacuation SOP, and SNI 8748.2019. The eRinjani system is designed to facilitate climber data collection, PNBP, and climbing management. The eRinjani system hasn�t been effective to accommodate climbing service provider data, climbing dynamics reports, climbing SOP implementation reports, and handling climbing waste.in controlling Mount Rinjani climbing.
