Peran Self-Regulated Learning dan Dukungan Sosial Keluarga terhadap Penyesuaian Akademik selama Perkuliahan Daring

Perubahan sistem perkuliahan dari luring ke daring membuat mahasiswa perlu menyesuaikan diri agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan akademik. Penyesuaian akademik adalah kemampuan individu untuk mengatasi tantangan yang terjadi karena adanya perubahan situasi dan kondisi pembelajaran. Penyesuaian akademik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor termasuk self-regulated learning dan dukungan sosial keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan self-regulated learning dan dukungan sosial keluarga pada penyesuaian akademik mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada selama perkuliahan daring. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 233 mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada angkatan 2017-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga instrumen pengukuran yakni skala self-regulated learning, skala dukungan sosial keluarga, dan skala penyesuaian akademik. Analisis data pada penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik multiple regression dengan metode enter. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-regulated learning dan dukungan sosial keluarga berperan terhadap penyesuaian akademik mahasiswa selama perkuliahan daring dengan nilai F=99,644 (p<0,001) dan R2 sebesar 0,464. Artinya self-regulated learning dan dukungan sosial keluarga secara bersamaan berperan sebesar 46,4% terhadap penyesuaian akademik mahasiswa selama perkuliahan daring. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penyesuaian akademik mahasiswa selama perkuliahan daring dipengaruhi oleh self-regulated learning dan dukungan sosial keluarga.

The change in the lecture system from offline to online obligates students to adapt in order to meet the academic demands. Academic adjustment is the individual's ability to overcome challenges that occur due to changes in learning situations and conditions. Academic adjustment is influenced by several factors, including self-regulated learning and family social support. This study aims to determine the role of self-regulated learning and family social support in the academic adjustment of Universitas Gadjah Mada students during online lectures. Participants in this study were 233 students of Universitas Gadjah Mada class of 2017-2021. This study uses three measurement instruments, namely the self-regulated learning scale, the family social support scale, and the academic adjustment scale. Data analysis in this study was carried out using multiple regression technique with the enter method. The results of this study indicate that self-regulated learning and family social support play a role in student academic adjustment during online lectures, with a value of F=99.644 (p<0.001) and R2 of 0.464. This means that self-regulated learning and family social support simultaneously in the amount of 46.4% of students' academic adjustment during online lectures. These results indicate that students' academic adjustment during online lectures is influenced by self-regulated learning and family social support.
