ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Keadaan Lingkungan RS TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta sudah melakukan beberapa upaya pemeliharaan untuk berkas rekam medis. Berdasarkan temuan selama praktek komprehensif didapati kerusakan berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap covid-19 dimana hal tersebut mengancam kemanan fisik berkas rekam medis pasien. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi terkait aspek keamanan fisik dan kerahasiaan isi berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap covid-19 di RS TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta Metode:Jenis penenelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala bangsal isolasi dan perawat bangsal isolasi Hasil:Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek keamanan fisik dan kerahasiaan isi berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap covid-19 di RS TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta dilihat pada faktor intrinsik sesuai namun kerusakan yang terjadi pada form dan map terjadi dikarenakan perilaku petugas disaat pandemi dimana budaya penggunaan handsinitize dan melipat map agar map selalu terbuka guna pemantauan kondsi saturasi oksigen pasien dan faktor ekstrinsik perlu dilakukan peninjauan ulang terhadap ruang kerja perawat bangsal covid terkait pencahayaan dan kelembaban. Kesimpulan:Faktor intrinsik terkait aspek keamanan fisik dan kerahasiaan isi berkas rekam medis pasien rawat inap covid-19 di RS TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta sudah baik diimbangi dengan perilaku yang baik sesuai dengan keadaan pandemi faktor lingkungan kerja perlu dilakukan pertimbangan terkait dengan standar nilai baku. ABSTRACT Background: Environmental Condition of RS TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta has made several maintenance efforts for medical record files. Based on the findings during comprehensive practice, it was found that the medical record file for inpatients with COVID-19 was damaged, which threatened the physical security of the patient's medical record file. Objective: Evaluating aspects related to physical security and the confidentiality of the contents of the medical record files of inpatients for COVID-19 at RS.TK III 04.06.03 Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta Method:This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and case study design.
