Masa pandemi COVID-19 membuat sistem kerja dan komunikasi karyawan dalam perusahaan atau organisasi mengalami perubahan menjadi menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut terlebih dengan adanya aturan pemerintah mengenai pembatasan jarak dan aktivitas masyarakat dalam ketentuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) atau Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Di masa pandemi COVID-19 karyawan dituntut untuk mengalami adaptasi situasi yang tidak mudah, salah satunya dengan perubahan sistem kerja melalui ketentuan sistem Work From Home (WFH). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman komunikasi organisasi yang terjalin dalam perubahan sistem kerja ini, peneliti akan menganisis bagaimana tata kelola sistem kerja Work From Home dalam organisasi melalui perspektif peran kepemimpinan, pengalaman komunikasi karyawan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi selama implementasi Work From Home (WFH). Peran menajer dalam melakukan kepemimpinan, pengalaman komunikasi karyawan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi yang digunakan merupakan aspek penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan organisasi dalam membentuk komunikasi karyawan untuk mempertahankan kinerja karyawan di situasi pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi organisasi yang terjalin dalam perubahan sistem kerja Work From Home oleh Divisi Customer Account Manager (CAM) PT Telkom Witel Semarang melalui analisis tata kelola sistem kerja Work From Home dalam organisasi melalui pemahaman kompetensi kepemimpinan virtual dan teori Technology Acceptance Model. Objek penelitian ini adalah Divisi Customer Account Manager (CAM) PT Telkom Witel Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis hasil temuan penelitian

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the work and communication systems of employees in companies or organizations have changed to be interesting for further research, especially with the government's decree regarding distance restrictions and community activities in the provisions of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) or Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM). During the COVID-19 pandemic, employees are required to adapt to situations that are not easy, one of which is by changing the work system through the provisions of the Work From Home (WFH) system. To find out how the organizational communication experience is involved in this change in the work system, the researcher will analyze how the governance of the Work From Home work system in the organization is through the perspective of leadership roles, employee communication experiences, and the use of communication technology during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH). Employee communication experience, the use of communication technology and the role of managers in leadership are important aspects to understand organizational management in maintaining employee performance in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This study aims to find out how the organizational communication involved in changing the Work From Home work system by the Customer Account Manager (CAM) Division of PT Telkom Witel Semarang through an analysis of the Work From Home work system governance in the organization through understanding virtual leadership competencies and theory of Technology Acceptance Model. The object of this research is the Division of Customer Account Manager (CAM) of PT Telkom Witel Semarang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach to analyze the research findings.
