Perkembangan teknologi yang mendukung kebutuhan masyarakat menghasilkan mobile payment sebagai alat transaksi yang praktis, aman, dan memiliki catatan transaksi. Salah satu penyedia layanan mobile payment terbesar di Indonesia adalah Go-Pay. Sebagai salah satu layanan terbesar mobile payment di Indonesia, Go-Pay telah banyak digunakan oleh UMKM sebagai metode pembayaran. Namun UMKM masih memiliki tantangan untuk menggunakan Go-Pay sebagai metode pembayaran secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui kesiapan adopsi mobile payment Go-Pay sebagai metode pembayaran oleh UMKM. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mendukung kesiapan adopsi dan yang menghambat kesiapan adopsi mobile payment. Faktor technology menjadi faktor utama yang mendukung kesiapan adopsi mobile payment Go-Pay oleh UMKM.

The development of technology that supports the needs of the community produces mobile payment as a transaction tool that is practical, secure, and has a record of transactions. One of the largest mobile payment service providers in Indonesia is Go-Pay. As one of the largest mobile payment services in Indonesia, Go-Pay has been widely used by MSMEs as a payment method. But MSMEs still have the challenge of using Go-Pay as a maximum payment method. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive methods to find out the readiness of go-pay mobile payment adoption as a payment method by MSMEs. The results show that there are several factors that support adoption readiness and that hinder mobile payment adoption readiness. Technology factors are the main factors that support the readiness of go-pay mobile payment adoption by MSMEs.
