Sistem Informasi Penjualan Produk Online Berbasis Web di MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic

Seluruh Pelayanan pada MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic menggunakan satu sistem yang sama, pelayanan yang tersedia antara lain Konsultasi Dokter, Treatment, dan Pembelian Produk MS Glow, customer yang mendatangi klinik tersebut tentunya memiliki tujuan yang berbeda beda dan dengan bertambahnya customer maka mengakibatkan lambatnya proses transaksi antara customer dengan staff pelayanan terutama pada pembelian produk. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem untuk meng-handle customer khusus pembelian produk agar tidak bercampur dengan antrian pelayanan klinik lainnya. Dengan adanya sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat meminimalisir waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh customer dalam menunggu panggilan antrian untuk melakukan transaksi. Sistem informasi yang akan dibangun bernama MS Clinic Store. Customer dimudahkan dalam melihat katalog produk melalui website dan dapat memilih produk serta melakukan transaksi pembayaran offline di klinik maupun online melalui sistem. Customer juga dapat memilih untuk mengambil produk secara langsung di klinik atau produk dikirimkan melalui jasa kurir. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem tersebut akan membantu customer dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian produk agar lebih cepat dan praktis. MS Clinic Store dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Codeigniter, javascript dengan library JQuery dan MySQL. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem informasi penjulalan produk online berbasis web ini dapat membantu customer dan staff klinik untuk mengefisiensi proses pembelian dan pelayanan.

All services at the MS Glow Aesthetic Clinic use the same system, the available services include Doctor Consultation, Treatment, and Purchase of MS Glow Products. customers with service staff, especially on product purchases. Based on these problems, a system was built to handle special customer purchases of products so that they do not mix with other clinic service queues. With this system, it is expected to minimize the time required by customers in waiting for queue calls to make transactions. The information system to be built is called MS Clinic Store. Customers are facilitated in viewing product catalogs through the website and can choose products and make offline payment transactions at the clinic or online through the system. Customers can also choose to pick up the product directly at the clinic or the product will be delivered via courier service. So that with this system it will help customers in making product purchase transactions to be faster and more practical. MS Clinic Store is built with PHP programming language, Codeigniter framework, javascript with JQuery and MySQL libraries. The results of the development of a web-based online product sales information system can help customers and clinic staff to streamline the purchasing and service processes.
