ANALISIS PENERIMAAN SIMASTER BACK OFFICE STUDENT UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM)

Pendidikan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Memanfaatkan teknologi yang tepat, guna mendukung proses administrasi dan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi akan memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan institusi secara keseluruhan. Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) merupakan salah satu universitas terbesar di Indonesia. Untuk mendukung tata kelola organisasinya, UGM mengembangkan berbagai sistem informasi di berbagai bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang akademik. Simaster Back Office Student (Simaster BOS) lahir untuk menyempurnakan sistem informasi akademik sebelumnya. Simaster BOS mengintegrasikan data dari berbagai bidang dalam sebuah sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Simaster BOS di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) digunakan sebagai model penelitian yang dimodifikasi dengan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone-McLean. Sebanyak 161 operator Simaster BOS UGM bertindak sebagai responden melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian mampu menjelaskan hingga 70,2% variansi pada pembentukan sikap dan 61,9% variansi pada pembentukan niat menggunakan Simaster BOS. Sikap secara positif dan signifikan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi operator bahwa Simaster BOS mudah untuk digunakan. Niat lebih kuat dipengaruhi oleh persepsi manfaat yang dirasakan operator. Multi Group Analysis (MGA) ditambahkan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar kelompok responden yang telah disusun berdasarkan kriteria tertentu.

Education cannot be separated from the development of science and technology. Utilizing the right technology to support the administrative and learning processes in higher education will have a positive impact on the overall development of the institution. Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is one of the largest universities in Indonesia. To support its organizational governance, UGM has developed various information systems in various fields, including the academic field. Simaster Back Office Student (Simaster BOS) was born to improve the previous academic information system. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the acceptance of Simaster BOS at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as a research model modified with the DeLone-McLean information system success model. A total of 161 BOS UGM Simaster operators acted as respondents through the distributed questionnaires. Data analysis showed that the research model was able to explain up to 70.2% variance in attitude towards and 61.9% variance in behavioral intention using Simaster BOS. Attitudes are positively and significantly influenced by the operator's perception that Simaster BOS is easy to use. Behavioral intention is more strongly influenced by the perceived benefits of the operator. Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) was added to determine the differences between groups of respondents who had been compiled based on certain criteria.
