PENGARUH OTONOMI PEKERJAAN SAAT BEKERJA DARI RUMAH TERHADAP KESEIMBANGAN PEKERJAAN-KEHIDUPAN DENGAN KETERIKATAN KERJA SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI STUDI PADA DIREKTORAT JENDERAL BEA DAN CUKAI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh otonomi pekerjaan saat bekerja dari rumah terhadap keseimbangan pekerjaan-kehidupan dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei yang disebarkan secara daring melalui google form kepada para pegawai di Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Terdapat 307 kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa otonomi pekerjaan saat bekerja dari rumah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keseimbangan pekerjaan-kehidupan. Variabel keterikatan kerja memediasi secara parsial pengaruh otonomi pekerjaan saat bekerja dari rumah terhadap keseimbangan pekerjaan-kehidupan.

This study aimed to examine the effect of job autonomy when working from home towards work-life balance with work engagement as the mediation. This research is a quantitative study. Data collection was carried out by means of a survey which was distributed online via google form to employees at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. There are 307 questionnaires analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study proved that job autonomy when working from home has a positive and significant effect on the work-life balance of Directorate General of Customs and Excises employees. Further, the work engagement variable partially mediates the effect of job autonomy when working from home towards work-life balance.
