ANALISIS PROFITABILITAS PELANGGAN PT PRABU WIJAYA SEJAHTERA DENGAN METODE TIME DRIVEN ACTIVITY BASED COSTING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profitabilitas pelanggan PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera menggunakan metode TDABC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera memiliki empat kelompok pelanggan yaitu pelanggan toko, pelanggan perorangan, pelanggan tunai pribadi dan pelanggan bengkel. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap data tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelanggan yang paling menguntungkan merupakan pelanggan perorangan dengan rasio keuntungan 4,86% dari penjualan. pelanggan dengan konstribusi laba terbesar pada tahun 2020 adalah pelanggan toko sebesar 64% dari seluruh laba yang diperoleh perusahaan. Berdasarkan customer classification matrix, PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera memiliki 10 pelanggan Passive, 31 pelanggan Carriage, 154 pelanggan bargain basement dan 27 pelanggan aggressive.

This research aims to determine the profitability of customers of PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera using the TDABC method. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera has four customer groups, namely store customers, individual customers, personal cash customers and workshop customers. The study was conducted on 2020 data. The results showed that the most profitable customers were individual customers with a profit ratio of 4.86% of sales. the customers with the largest profit contribution in 2020 were store customers with 64% of the company's total profit. Based on the customer classification matrix, PT Prabu Wijaya Sejahtera has 10 Passive customers, 31 Carriage customers, 154 bargain basement customers and 27 aggressive customers.
