PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KINERJA KREATIF KARYAWAN DENGAN MODAL PSIKOLOGIS SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dua hipotesis. Pertama, hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kinerja kreatif. Kedua, peran modal psikologis sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan survei berbentuk kuesioner cetak maupun tautan pendek dengan 102 responden dari karyawan organik PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (Telkom) di wilayah Jawa Timur. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dan dilakukan secara cross-sectional. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier empat tahap yang diusulkan oleh Baron dan Kenny (1986). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kinerja kreatif dan modal psikologis memediasi sempurna hubungan keduanya.

The purpose of this study is to test two hypotheses. First, the relationship between transformational leadership and creative performance behavior. Second, the role of psychological capital as a mediating variable. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and using a survey in the form of a printed and electronic questionnaire with 102 respondents from organic employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (Telkom) in the East Java region. The purposive sampling method and cross-section analysis was used. The test in this study used the four-stage linear regression method proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant relationship to creative performance behavior and psychological capital perfectly mediates the relationship between the two.
