The development of technology in the automotive sector continues to grow rapidly, both in cars and motorcycles. Currently, the majority of motorcycles have fuel injection technology that is integrated through the Engine Control Module (ECM). The battery on a motorcycle serves as the main source of electricity to supply electric current from the starter motor, lights, and a set of fuel injection systems. To keep the battery to supply electricity properly, a good charging system is needed. A motorcycle that is rarely used and is rarely heated will result in short battery life. This is because a motorcycle that is not used for more than one night will have a reduced battery voltage. The problem encountered by the author was that the Yamaha Soul GT 115 motorcycle had a dead engine or stalled when the battery was low. The vehicle will be difficult to start using the kick starter and after starting the engine it will turn off again when the engine speed is increased Based on these problems the authors took the initiative to research the filling system. The method used in this study is to replace the Yamaha Nmax regulator/rectifier full wave so that the charging system can work optimally. Measurement of the charging voltage output and dyno test testing was carried out to determine the performance comparison that occurred in the two different types of regulators/ rectifiers. The results showed that after replacing the fullwave regulator/ rectifier, the battery charging voltage output increased to 14.22 volts at stationary rotation (1600 rpm) and 14.48 volts at high rotation (970 rpm), besides that the power and torque also increased to 8.1 HP at 5832 rpm and 11.06 Nm at 4533 rpm. . This shows that the work of the ECM, sensors, and actuators requires sufficient current and voltage so that the motorcycle's performance remains normal.
