Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kepuasan Mahasiswa UGM dalam Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi (SIMASTER UGM)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesuksesan implementasi platform Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi (SIMASTER) di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menilai pengaruh konten, keakuratan informasi, format penyajian, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir SIMASTER UGM. Penghimpunan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada mahasiswa Universitas Gadjah Mada. Dari kuesioner yang telah disebar, terdapat sebanyak 417 kuesioner yang dapat diolah dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Metode analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor konten, format penyajian, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna akhir SIMASTER. Lebih spesifik, faktor kemudahan penggunaan Simaster menjadi faktor yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir, diikuti faktor ketepatan waktu, konten, dan format penyajian. Di sisi lain, faktor keakuratan informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir.

This research proposes to evaluate the implementation of Sistem Informasi Terintegrasi (SIMASTER) platform at Universitas Gadjah Mada. The research was conducted by assessing the effect of content, accuracy of the information, format, ease of use, and timeliness on the satisfaction of SIMASTER UGM end users. The data is collected by distributing online questionnaires to Universitas Gadjah Mada students. From the questionnaires that have been distributed, there are 417 questionnaires that can be processed and analyzed further. The method of multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses in this research. The results of this research indicate that content, format, ease of use and timeliness affect SIMASTER end-user satisfaction. More specifically, Simaster's ease of use factor is the most significant factor influencing end-user satisfaction, followed by timeliness, content, and presentation format. On the other hand, the accuracy of the information factor does not affect the end-user satisfaction.
