Tugas akhir ini membahas pengelolaan koleksi foto di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengelolaan koleksi foto yang ada di museum dari sudut pandang ilmu kearsipan serta keterkaitannya dengan konsep GLAM (Gallery, Library, Archives, and Museum). Tujuan ini dicapai dengan cara mengetahui kondisi koleksi foto, kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi foto, kondisi sarana dan prasarana, serta kendala dalam kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi foto di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pertama, studi pustaka yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai referensi yang relevan dengan tema yang diambil. Kedua, observasi yang dilakukan melalui partisipasi langsung dalam kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi foto selama masa PKL dari 6 Januari sampai dengam 6 Maret 2020 di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Ketiga, wawancara yang dilakukan dengan beberapa narasumber yang bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi foto di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Pengelolaan koleksi foto di Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo sudah dilakukan. Kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi foto terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu pengadaan, pengolahan, perawatan/preservasi, dan akses. Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo menggunakan bantuan sistem dalam kegiatan pengelolaan koleksi fotonya, yaitu SIM (Sistem Informasi Manajemen) Koleksi Sonobudoyo. Namun, ada kendala khusus yang harus dicermati seperti belum adanya perawatan fisik koleksi foto (konservasi aktif dan restorasi) dikarenakan faktor sumber daya manusia dan teknis.

This final paper describes the photographic collection management in Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. This research aims to understand the photographic collection management in the museum from the archival science perspective and the relations with GLAM (Gallery, Library, Archives, and Museum) concept. This goal is achieved by knowing the photographic collection condition, photographic collection management activity, facilities and infrastructure conditions, and difficulties in photographic collection management activity in Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. This final paper used a qualitative research method. Firstly, the library study was conducted by using some references related to the topic. The next method was by the observation made through direct participation in the photographic collection management activity during the internship period from 6 January until 6 March 2020 in Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Thirdly, the direct interview was conducted with some of the trusted informants in the photographic collection management activity on Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo. Photographic collection management at the Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo has been carried out. The photographic collection management activity as consisting of four steps, namely acquisition, processing, treatment/preservation, and access. Museum Negeri Sonobudoyo was using system help in the photographic collection management activity, which were SIM (Sistem Informasi Manajemen) Koleksi Sonobudoyo. However, there was a particular obstacle that must be observed, namely the absence of physical care for the photo collection (active conservation and restoration) due to the human resources and technical factors.
