PENGARUH AGREEABLENESS, CONSCIENTIOUSNESS, DAN OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN BERPERILAKU ETIS (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA AKUNTANSI FAKULTAS EKONOMIKA DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA)

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian berdasarkan model Big Five Personality dengan menggunakan 3 ukuran: agreeableness (kemampuan menyetujui), conscientiousness (kehati-hatian), dan openness to experience (keterbukaan pada pengalaman) terhadap kecenderungan mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada untuk berperilaku etis. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 instrumen: IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) dan Ethics Position Questionnaire. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistif deskriptif serta menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh kepribadian (agreeableness, conscientiousness, dan openness to experience) terhadap kecenderungan mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada untuk berperilaku etis baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama.

This research analizes the effects of personality based on Big Five Personality Model using 3 indicators: agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience on the tendency of Accounting Students of Faculty of Economics and Business Gadjah Mada University for being ethically behavioural. This research is using 2 instruments: IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) and Ethics Position Questionnaire. This research is using descriptive statistics for its analysis and also double linear regression. This research results that there are no significant effects of agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness to experience on the tendency of Accounting Students of Faculty of Economics and Business Gadjah Mada University for being ethically behavioural, partially nor simultaniously.
