Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian ruko yang terletak di Komplek Ruko Mirai Trade Center Kabupaten Boyolali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan estimasi Nilai Pasar ruko blok C4 yang terletak di Komplek Ruko Mirai Trade Center, Jl Raya Boyolali-Klaten km 01 Kemiri Boyolali untuk kepentingan jual beli dengan pendekatan pasar dan pendekatan pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian ini adalah metode perbandingan data pasar dan metode gross income multiplier. Nilai yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan pendekatan pasar sebesar Rp953.000.000,- pendekatan pendapatan mendapatkan nilai sebesar Rp759.000.000,-. Rekonsiliasi nilai atas dua pendekatan diperoleh Nilai Pasar ruko blok C4 sebesar Rp846.000.000,-.

This study discusses the shophouse valuation located in Mirai Trade Center Shophouse Complex of Boyolali District. The purpose of this research is to give estimation of Market Value of shophouse at block C4 located in Mirai Trade Center Shophouse Complex, on the highway Boyolali-Klaten km 01 Kemiri Boyolali for buying and selling with market approach and income approach. The method used in this assessment is the comparison of market data method and the gross income multiplier method. The value obtained by using a market approach of Rp953,000,000, - the income approach earns a value of Rp759.000.000, - Value reconciliation for the two approaches is obtained Market Value block C4 of Rp846,000,000,-
