INTISARI Pengadaan suatu par stock merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting untuk dilakukan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Par stock merupakan materials dan supplies yang dimiliki oleh sebuah perusahaan dalam proses pelayanan terhadap customers dan konsumen. Proses pengadaan, penerimaan barang, dan juga pengambilan par stock yang digunakan untuk melayani pelanggan merupakan langkah yang harus memiliki standard operational procedure agar semua proses pelayanan terhadap customer dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penulis dalam tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui prosedur pengadaan par stock di Rob Peetoom Hair SPA Seminyak Bali. Jenis penelitian dalam tugas akhir ini yaitu deskripsi kualitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Dengan adanya prosedur penanganan par stock di Rob Peetoom Hair SPA Seminyak Bali, pengadaan semua par stock, datang, dan pemakaian harus memiliki standard operational procedure yang tepat dan efektif. ABSTRACT Purchase of a par stock is a very important activity to do in a company. Par stock is materials and supplies used nd owned by a company in service process to customers and consumens. The process of purchase, receiving process of par stock, and using of par stock used to serve the customer is a step that must have standard operational procedure to make the services running well. The final of this project is to know the procedure of procurement of par stock in Rob Peetoom Hair SPA Seminyak Bali. The type of research in this final project is qualitative description, while data collection method is done by observation, interview, and literature study. With the par stock handling procedure at Rob Peetoom Hair SPA Seminyak Bali, purchase all par stock, coming and usage must have proper and effective operational procedure standard.
