STAND UP COMEDY DAN POLITIK (WACANA PERLAWANAN ERNEST PRAKASA, DAVID NURBIYANTO DAN ABDURRAHIM ARSYAD SUCI KOMPAS TV)

Perlawanan tidak selalu menggunakan senjata, namun dapat juga menggunakan praktik kesenian seperti Stand Up Comedy. Dilihat dari sejarah lahirnya, Stand Up Comedy berhubungan dengan perilaku diskriminatif, baik digunakan sebagai media rasis ataupun perlawanan terhadap perilaku rasis tersebut. Di Indonesia Stand Up Comedy juga dijadikan sebagai media perlawnan. Ajang pencarian bakat Stand Up Comedy Kompas TV tidak hanya berisi hiburan semata, namun ada dimensi perlawanan di dalam acara tersebut. Perlawanan yang dilakukan oleh beberapa komika yang lahir dari acara tersebut. Sebut saja David Nurbiyanto, Ernest Praksa maupun Abdurrahim Arsyad. Perlawanan yang ditunjukkan mereka melalui wacana yang mereka gunakan sebagai materi lawakan ketika mereka tampil. Jika dilihat dari kacamata proses dialektika antar wacana sesuai dengan teori wacana milik Fairclough yang menitikberatkan terhadap proses intertekstualitas yaitu wacana tidak hadir dengan sendiri namun wacana hadir untuk menanggapi wacana yang telah hadir terlebih dahulu. Selain itu mereka juga mewakili sebagai bentuk representasi kelompoknya seperti David mewakili orang Betawi, Ernest mewakili etnis Tionghoa dan Abdur mewakili orang timur. Dilatarbelakangi sikap diskriminatif yang dilakukan oleh negara, swasta maupun kelompok dominan ketiga komika di atas mewakili kelompoknya yaitu Betawi, Tionghoa dan orang timur untuk melakukan perlawanan di atas panggung stand up comedy.

Judging from the history of birth, Stand Up Comedy deals with discriminatory behavior, both used as a medium of racism or resistance to racist behavior. In Indonesia Stand Up Comedy also serve as media perlawnan. The Stand Up Comedy Kompas TV talent show is not only about entertainment, but there is a dimension of resistance in the event. The resistance they show through the discourse they use as a joking material when they perform. If viewed from the glasses dialectic process between the discourse in accordance with the theory of discourse belonging to Fairclough which focuses on the process of intertextuality that discourse does not present with itself but the discourse is present to respond to the discourse that has been present first. In addition they also represented as a form of group representation such as David representing the Betawi people, Ernest representing ethnic Chinese and Abdur representing the east. The background of discriminative attitude by the state, private and dominant groups of the three comics above represent the group of Betawi, Tionghoa and eastern people to fight in stand up comedy stage.
