ASAL-USUL KEKERASAN BERDASAR KONSEP KO-EKSISTENSI MANUSIA MENURUT EKSISTENSIALISME JEAN-PAUL SARTRE

Kompleksitas dimensi yang terkandung dalam kekerasan menjadikan upaya untuk menanggulanginya menghadapi banyak kendala. Kekerasan selama ini hanya dipahami dari aspek permukaannya saja tanpa melihat sisi ontologis pelaku kekerasan yaitu keberadaan manusia. Skripsi ini berusaha menunjukkan perlu adanya telaah mendasar dalam memahami kekerasan melalui pendekatan antropologi metafisik dengan membongkar struktur paling dasar dari manusia yaitu eksistensi atau cara beradanya. Skripsi ini berjudul "Asal-Usul Kekerasan Berdasarkan Konsep Ko-Eksistensi Manusia Menurut Eksistensialisme Jean-Paul Sartre". Kerangka teoretik yang digunakan adalah pemikiran Sartre tentang "ada" dengan tujuan menunjukkan bagaimana relasi intersubjektif yang saling menegasi satu sama lain dapat melahirkan kekerasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka dengan menggunakan model pendekatan deduktif melalui metode hermeneutika-filosofis. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi inventarisasi bahan data, klasifikasi data, pengolahan dan sistematisasi data, dan analisis hasil. Unsur-unsur metodis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi, intepretasi, dan heuristik. Penelitian ini memuat objek material, yaitu asal-usul kekerasan dengan objek formalnya adalah konsep ko-eksistensi dalam Eksistensialisme Jean Paul Sartre. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hubungan ko-eksistensial menunjukkan adanya relasi subjek-objek yang bersifat resiprokal dan memiliki konseukensi konflik hingga muncul kekerasan. Asal-usul Kekerasan dipahami sebagai bentuk pertahanan subjektivitas dengan cara mengobjekkan yang-lain. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak ada faktisitas yang paling mengancam kebebasan manusia selain relasi manusia yang ko-eksitensial. Ko-eksistensi yang absurd dan penuh dengan kontradiksi tidak pernah dimaknai sebagai bentuk relasi intersubjektif yang bersifat konstruktif melainkan destruktif. Melalui sorot mata (regard), terjadi negasi batiniah timbal balik. Situasi yang bermula hanya berupa latent conflict kemudian berkembang menjadi kekerasan. The complexity contained in violence makes an effort to prevent it faces many obstacles. Violence has been understood only from the outer aspect without seeing the basic ontological of perpetrators of violence, human existence. This thesis is trying to demonstrate the need for fundamental research in understanding violence through the metaphysical anthropology approach to pry the basic structure of the human being, the existence or the way it's being. This research entitled "The Genesis of Violence Based on the Concept of Co-Existence of Man According to Sartre's Existentialism". The theoretical framework used on this research was Sartre's thought on "negation" with the aim of showing how the inter-subjectivity which are mutually negate each other can very subtly or grossly engender to violence. This study was conducted by the method of literature review, using deductive approach model through method-philosophical hermeneutics. The stages of this study are data inventory, data clarification, processing and systematization of data, and data analysis. The methodical elements in this study are a description, interpretation, and heuristic. This research includes material objects, namely the origins of violence by its formal object is the concept of co-existence relation in Jean-Paul Sartre's Existentialism. The research results prove that the relationship of co-existential indicate their subject-object relationships are reciprocal which has a consequences on conflict then violence. The genesis of violence is understood as a defense of subjectivity in the way of objectifying the Others. This happens because there is no facticity which most threatening human freedom than its co-existential relation. Co-existence was absurd and full of contradictions, never be interpreted as a form of inter-subjective relations which is constructive but destructive. Through the eyes (regard), there was a reciprocal inner negation. A situation that began only in the form of latent conflict evolved into violence.
