EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN PERSEDIAAN DI PT PERTAMINA EP

Dalam kurun waktu tahun 2013 hingga 2015, nilai persediaan PT Pertamina EP (PEP) mengalami kenaikan yang cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengunduhan data dari My SAP periode 2015, nilai persediaan perusahaan yang paling besar adalah persediaan Material Group B (Drilling & Product) dan Material Group H (Tubular Goods, Valve & Fitting) dengan total kumulatif sebesar 81,22% dari total nilai persediaan perusahaan. Nilai persediaan material untuk seluruh gudang setiap tahun mengalami kenaikan dengan total nilai persediaan pada tahun 2013 sebesar Rp. 1,54 Trilyun dan pada tahun 2015 mencapai Rp. 1,68 Trilyun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diolah guna menghasilkan kesimpulan dari evaluasi pengelolaan persediaan di PT Pertamina EP. Untuk menguji tingkat signifikasi dan distribusi data maka dilakukan uji normalitas terhadap data sekunder dengan dibantu aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa meskipun manajemen aset yang mencakup pengelolaan persediaan di PT Pertamina EP telah didukung dengan sistem MySAP namun pada pelaksanaannya perlu dilakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut mengacu pada teori pengeloalan persediaan yang ekonomis. Hal ini disebabkan perencanaan pemenuhan persediaan yang selama ini diterapkan di PT Pertamina EP hanya mengandalkan pada data rencana/program kerja dan belum memperhitungkan biaya-biaya persediaan sebagai komponen untuk perhitungan model Economic Order Quantity. Dengan melakukan evaluasi menggunakan perhitungan model Economic Order Quantity terhadap realisasi pembelian untuk persediaan dan transaksi aktual permintaan Material Group B dan H pada periode 2013 - 2015, diperoleh rata-rata efisiensi total inventory cost mencapai 20,45%.

In the period of 2013 to 2015, the value of inventories of PT Pertamina EP (PEP) increased high enough. Based on the results of downloading data from My SAP period of 2015, the highest inventory value come from Material Group B (Drilling & Product) and Material Group H (Tubular Goods, Valve & Fitting) with a cumulative total of 81.22% of the total value of the inventory companies , The value of material for the entire warehouse inventory each year has increased and the total value of inventories in 2013 reached Rp. 1.54 trillion and by the year 2015 reached Rp. 1.68 trillion. The method used in this research is to use primary and secondary data that is processed to produce the conclusion of the evaluation of the management of the inventory in PT Pertamina EP. SPSS version 23 is used to test the significance level and distribution data. The research concluded that although asset management that includes inventory management at PT Pertamina EP has been supported by mySAP system but the implementation needs further evaluation refers to the economic theory of inventory supply. This is due to the fulfillment of inventory planning that has been applied in PT Pertamina EP only rely on the data plan / program of work and not taking into account inventory costs as a component for Economic Order Quantity model calculations. By performing an evaluation using model calculations Economic Order Quantity to the realization of purchases for inventory and real-time transaction request Material Group B and H in the period 2013 - 2015, obtained an average efficiency of total inventory cost reached 20.45%.
