Gambaran Motivasi Mahasiswa Profesi Ners PSIK FK-KMK UGM Terhadap Pembelajaran E-learning

2019 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU KEPERAWATANLatar Belakang: Pemanfaatan e-learning pada pendidikan keperawatan telah diintegrasikan ke dalam proses pembelajaran dan praktek klinik mahasiswa. Motivasi dinilai sebagai salah satu faktor pendorong untuk menarik meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran online (e-learning). Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran motivasi mahasiswa profesi ners PSIK FK-KMK UGM terhadap e-learning. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi ners PSIK FK-KMK UGM dengan sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa profesi ners stase keperawatan dasar (70 mahasiswa) dan manajemen (32 mahasiswa) yang telah mengikuti program pembelajaran online (e-learning). Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Hasil: Dalam penelitian didapatkan 53,9% mahasiswa memiliki tingkat motivasi tinggi. Rerata subskala total yaitu 5,08 dari 7 skala. Berdasarkan 6 subskala (intrinsic goal orientation, extrinsic goal orientation, task value, control of learning beliefs, self-efficacy for learning and performances dan test anxiety), subskala extrinsic goal orientation memiliki nilai rerata subskala tertinggi (M=5,56; SD=1,19) dan test anxiety memiliki nilai rerata subskala terendah (M=4,19; SD=1,48). Sebagian besar subskala bernilai tinggi. Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa profesi ners program PSIK FK-KMK UGM kecenderungan memiliki tingkat motivasi yang bernilai tinggi terhadap metode pembelajaran online (e-learning).
Background: E-learning in nursing education has been integrated to learning process and clinical practice. Motivation considered as one of driving factor to increase the students’s participation on e-learning. Objective: To describe clinical nursing student’s motivation level on e-learning. Methods: This study was a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. Population in this study were nursing student who were on clinical rotation phase. This research involved nursing student who were in basic nursing stage (70 students) and nursing management stage (32 students). Data collection was done using Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) instrument. Results: 53.9% students have high levels of motivation. Total subscale mean is 5.08 out of 7 scale. From the 6 subscales (intrinsic goal orientation, extrinsic goal orientation, task value, control of learning beliefs, self-efficacy for learning and performances, and test anxiety) extrinsic goal orientation has the highest mean score (M=5.56; SD=1.19) and test anxiety has the lowest mean score (M=4.19; SD=1.48). Most of the subscales have high value. Conclusion: Clinical nursing student of Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing Universitas Gadjah Mada tend to have a high level of motivation on online learning methods (e-learning).
