GAMBARAN SELF-EFFICACY MAHASISWA PROFESI NERS PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN FK-KMK UGM TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN E-LEARNING

2019 | Skripsi | S1 ILMU KEPERAWATANLatar Belakang: Pembelajaran online (e-learning) menjadi salah satu metode pembelajaran yang mendukung sistem pembelajaran secara konvensional dan setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan pada penggunaannya terutama di perguruan tinggi/universitas. Self-efficacy menjadi salah satu ketrampilan interpersonal yang perlu diketahui karena self-efficacy yang tinggi memiliki pengaruh pada tingkat kepuasan dan keberhasilan mahasiswa melakukan pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui gambaran self-efficacy mahasiswa profesi ners program studi ilmu keperawatan terhadap metode pembelajaran e-learning berdasarkan 3 dimensi self-efficacy yaitu dimensi magnitude, dimensi generality dan dimensi strength. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa profesi PSIK FK-KMK UGM stase manajemen dan PKD yang telah mengikuti program pembelajaran online (e-learning). Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden 102 mahasiswa dimana 70 mahasiswa profesi dari stase PKD dan 32 mahasiswa profesi dari stase manajemen. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen Online Learning Self-efficacy Scale. Hasil: Dari subjek yang diteliti, sebanyak 61 (59.8%) mahasiswa profesi ners memiliki self-efficacy yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran dengan metode e-learning. Hasil olah data dari 3 dimensi self-efficacy menunjukan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi pada 2 dimensi yaitu strength (M=15.44, SD=2.3) dan generality (M=14.53, SD=2.3), sedangkan tingkat self-efficacy yang rendah pada dimensi magnitude (M=12.00, SD=3.1). Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa profesi ners program PSIK FK-KMK UGM kecenderungan memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang bernilai tinggi terhadap metode pembelajaran online (e-learning).
Background: E-learning is one of the learning methods that support a conventional learning system. Self-efficacy is one of the interpersonal skills that significance to satisfaction and the success of e-learning. Objective: To describe nursing students’ self-efficacy in using e-learning during clinical rotation phase. Methods: This study was a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were nursing students in clinical rotation phase of Faculty Medicine, Public Health and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. This research involved 102 nursing students who were in nursing management (32 students) and basic nursing stage (70 students) who had participated in e-learning program. Data collection was done using Online Learning Self-efficacy Scale Instrument consist of 3 dimention there were dimensions of magnitude, dimensions of generality and dimensions of strength. Results: There were 61 (59.8%) nursing students have high level of self-efficacy on e-learning mainly on 2 dimensions, the dimensions of strength (M = 15.44, SD = 2.3) and generality (M = 14.53, SD = 2.3), while self-efficacy is low on the dimension of magnitude (M = 12.00, SD = 3.1). Conclusion: Nursing students had high level of self-efficacy on e-learning in clinical rotation.
