EVALUASI PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PADA PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME AND MOTION STUDY (STUDI KASUS : PEKERJAAN PENGECORAN BETON READYMIX)

Intisari Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang baik dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi target pembangunan proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan proyek. Besaran produktivitas tenaga kerja penting dalam proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan pekerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Pengukuran dan evaluasi produktivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode time and motion study atau juga dikenal sebagai metode work study. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional. Subjek penelitian berupa pekerja pekerjaan pengecoran, operator truk readymix, serta mesin mixer readymix. Objek penelitian berupa metode existing proyek dan durasi pekerjaan. Hasil penilaian produktivitas menunjukkan beberapa bagian yang dapat di evaluasi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Berdasarkan penelitian dan evaluasi dengan metode time and motion study dan man-machine chart sebagai alat ukur, produktivitas tukang meningkat 13%, produktivitas operator truk readymix meningkat 52%, dan produktivitas mesin mixer readymix meningkat 36%.

Abstract Good productivity is needed to accomplish the construction project target. Workers productivity is one of the important factors to ensure project success. Workers productivity value is important in construction project. High productivity shows the ability of the workers in completing their job. Measuring and evaluating productivity is done with time and motion study method, or also known as work study method. This research is about descriptive and qualitative research with observational approach. Subject of this research are the workers of readymix concrete casting, mixer truck operator, and also mixer machine. Object of this research are existing method of the project and work duration. The result of productivity analysis shows some parts of the work can be improved to increase productivity value. Productivity that has been proposed with time and motion study method and man-machine chart as the tool, shows average rise productivity for the workers as about 13%, average rise productivity for the operator of the mixer truck operator as about 52%, and average rise productivity for the mixer machine as about 36%.
