Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Wates merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan dimana dalam pengolahan penilaian rapornya menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan proses presensi siswa masih manual. Disamping itu untuk penilaian rapor hanya diinputkan oleh satu admin, sehingga semua guru melaporkan hasil dari ujian siswa kepada admin, dan setiap guru tidak bisa menginputkan sendiri-sendiri. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pegolahan rapor, karena dalam proses pengolahan rapor membutuhkan informasi-informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi yang cepat kemudian dibangun Sistem informasi ini dibangun berbasiskan web dengan menggunakan software framework codeigniter. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adaah PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Jquery dan menggunakan basis data MySQL. Sistem informasi ini mampu menangani proses pengolahan nilai rapor, pengembangan diri, ekstrakulikuler dan presensi siswa.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Wates is one of the educational institutions which uses Microsoft Excel as the only tool to process the students� school grades in the report cards, and the process of students� attendance report is still manual. In addition, the students� school grades for the report cards are entered only by a single administrator. All of the teachers reported the results of the students� exam to the administrator. Moreover, every teacher cannot put the data by themselves. It influences the decision making process of report cards, because in making any decision, because in the process of report card processing need the information quickly and accurately. Along with the rapid development of technology and information, the information system is built web-based using the Software Framework CodeIgniter. The programming languages used are PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Jquery and uses MySQL database. This information system is able to handle the processing of student grades, development, extracurricular and student presence.
