INTISARI Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul "Peranan Event Organizer dalam Membuat Acara Musik Launching Komunitas Vespa BMC di Taman Kuliner", dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui persiapan-persiapan yang harus dilakukan dalam membuat acara musik launching komunitas vespa BMC, serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi. Dalam menyusun tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan program praktik kerja lapangan, metod wawancara, dokumentasi, serta bersumber dari studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis memuat beberapa bahasan dalam membuat acara launching komunitas vespa BMC. Pertama adalah tahap persiapan acara yang terdiri atas pembentukan panitia, pembuatan konsep, pemilihan tempat, perijinan, anggaran pelaksanaan acara, pengisi acara, susunan acara, dan konsumsi. Kemudian tahapan yang kedua yaitu pengorganisasian. Dalam pelaksanaan pada acara launching komunitas vespa BMC dijalankan oleh orang-orang dari komunitas vespa BMC dan dibantu oleh komunitas JISCOO serta ditambah keamanan dari kepolisian. Tahapan ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan acara yang terdiri dari dekorasi panggung, perlengkapan, mengkomunikasikan susunan acara ke seluruh panitia pelaksana dan band pengisi acara, serta teknis keamanan. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan kendala yang dihadapi oleh panita dari persiapan acara hingga akhir kegiatan.

This final project that has title "Event Organizer Role in Creating Music Event to Launching Vespa Community BMC in Taman Kuliner". The aims of the event is find out what the preparations should be taken to make a musical event to launching vespa community BMC, as well as knowing the constraints that faced. In create this thesis the author uses qualitative research method with a training program, interview method, documentation, as well as derived from the literature review. The results of research includes some discussion in making Launching Event of BMC Vespa Community. On the first step, there are preparation for the event which consists of the formation of the committee, the drafting, place selection, permitting,budgeting, performers, event arrangement, and consumption. The second step is organizing. In the implementation of the Launching Event of The BMC Vespa Community is run by people from the BMC Vespa Community and aided by JISCOO Community, alsogot secure from the police. The third stage is implementation of the event which consists of a stage decoration, equipment, communication between the event arrangement to the executive committee and band that will perform, as well as technical of security. This research also describes the constraints that faced by the committee from the preparation until the end of the event.
